It's unfortunate that we stayed at this place during the heavy construction going on next door. It truly was an eye sore and noisy in the mornings with all the drilling, hammering and construction sirens. The view is not that which is posted on the site which was disappointing. The unit is large which was good, but it was outdated. It wouldn't hurt to have at least one usb port in the room. The washing machine did not work which was also annoying. Had a problem with the toilet as well but I contacted the owner and they took care of it right away. Lastly, the ammenities were not all available due to the covid-19 social distancing. On a few occasions the pools reached maximum capacity and we could not enter the pool area. Overall my stay could have been better.

Place was great. Large beautiful room with ocean view. Property was great. Staff awesome. Only hesitation I have is the $100 per day resort fee and the fact that it can be $50 to $100 per person to bring guests. We have a lot of family in the area and do not want to make them pay so much to come see me. Otherwise I'd stay here all the time!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The ocean view is spectacular. Yes there is construction going on next door but it did not bother us. This was our first trip to the area and we were very pleased. The suite was as advertised!

The room was awesome. You have great views of the ocean and Sunny Isles. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Everything is clean in the room. The bed is perfect. Absolutely worth every penny.

The property is pretty decent. A lot further from the South Beach area than we were hoping for.
We enjoyed our stay. Beach is nice! A bit further from South Beach where there are more things to do and restaurants in that area. Overall nice though!

Room needs maintenance
No fan in bathroom, the a/c vent was dripping on the tile causing a slipping hazard. The sheets kept sliding off there needs to Be sheet straps because that was annoying.

Would totally recommend this place, you would not necessarily need to rent a car, everything is within walking distance. My husband walked across the street each morning and got me fresh pastries for breakfast. The pool and beach staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a couple turkey issues
