not as expected

First of all the property number is wrong we were told Flat 8 but it’s house 20 and flat 8 inside of said house. Nevertheless upon arrival the code given for the key was incorrect luckily the woman looking after the property was in and in fact told us we were supposed to be in number 9 and the email sent was wrong The room was nothing like that of the photos the plates were dirty the chairs were dirty and the bed was incredibly squeaky Location is decent and tesco close by if you were to stay here for a couple nights and wanted to save on eating out it’s fine but maybe grab some paper plates and only cook on the hob as the oven was dirty

Better than sleeping on the streets

Booked this hotel before check-in time. There is as they mention no reception, so you have to receive check in instructions to get in. I tried calling them three times before someone bothers calling me back almost three hours after check in started at 14.00. I was lucky enough to get the check-in instructions by SMS, but to my inconvenience it was at the most inconvenient time as I was outside the hotel at 14.00! Never again

Good value

Excellent value for money in a central location. I would have appreciated information about access before the actual date since it arrived on email after I had set off. Some people do not have internet en route. However, check in was easy and Julia was really friendly. Thank you

Clean and modern

Although the room was in the basement, it was clean and modern and worked well for our overnight stay.

True review

Place was good, but it is so tiny, we where 3. So no space at all. Second floor with bed we need to slide to get to the bed. Only 2 sheets was, so one of us was sleeping with a towel. A shower was terible, because water doesnt get through, needed to clean a body with a sink standing next to it.

The property was really good value for what you get and suited two tourists staying in London for a week just fine. The flat was well equipped (iron, ironing board, hair drier) although could do with an update. The shower didn’t drain very well and the iron was temperamental but usable. These were small niggles, though.

OVERPRICED BEDSIT

A one night stay,the place is more an overpriced bedsit than a hotel,the upstairs bed has a ceiling like one metre from the floor,speep stairs,unsafe for kids,theres nicer places for that money
