Perkins Inn

Nice service, private, clean all around and felt at home. No TV, perfect for sleep and breakfast

Stayed at the Inn with a group of friends who haven’t seen each other for a while. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very accommodating for the time we wanted to spend together in the common rooms. All of us were very impressed.

The B&B was fantastic . Aaron the manager is supper helpful and is a mean cook / baker. Very clean beautiful old home. My wife and will stay there again on our next trip to Boston.

We needed a place to stay that was accessible to Fenway Park and downtown Boston. The Perkins Inn was perfect - just a few blocks from a subway line or walking distance to Fenway if you wanted a 30- minute hike. The negative - and for just 3 nights it wasn't the end of the world - the main bed in our room was a little short and the cot for our adult son was an air mattrass but they worked fine for our short visit. Breakfasts were really good and Jason the manager was very willing to help in any way possible.

The Perkins Inn was a really pleasant discovery -- Jamaica Plain is a "real" neighborhood, and this lovely restored home/guest house is welcoming and comfortable, with a terrific host. It's a bit of a schlep to the nearest T station, but an easy walk. The Inn has shared bathrooms but still offers plenty of privacy. Full breakfast and guest kitchen available. Wish I could have stayed longer!
