Hapimag Resort Prague

We were very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and modern. All the kitchen utensil were supplied and the electrical kitchen appliances appeared to be brand new. The location was spot on for easy navigation of the city. Close to supermarket and shops, restaurants as well. Very happy indeed with this hotel.

This was a unique hotel experience, different from the norm and we would do it again. At first it is a bit of a shock; these appear to have once been apartments and therefore much larger than any other hotel room we have experienced in Europe. There is no AC, but they do provide a floor fan. The temp averaged 50 degrees F when were there so this wasn't an issue; in the summer definitely be prepared. There is no maid service. I may have missed this in the fine print but we were unaware, so don't throw your towels on the floor. By the second night of our 3 night stay we wished every hotel was like the Hapimag.

The hotel reception staff couldn't do enough for you. The room was amazing and we even had some champagne in the room as it was surprise for my mum. Such a nice touch and didn't go unnoticed! The room was so clean and was such big room with great light, air and space. The shower room was massive and so spacious! Even the night security staff were so friendly and on our last day the reception staff arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, it was a luxury Mercedes with chauffeur. Such a nice touch. A note and reminder book your taxi with the hotel as its cheaper than a taxi from the airport and also a nicer car and more cleaner than the street ones. Would defiantly stay here again and would recommended to others. Thank you for such a special trip.

Rooms are very spacious. It's actually an apartment. Rooms are not made unless you stay over a week. Good luck with your two towels. Hopefully they will be enough for your stay. Good location. Security guards are the only people in the evening and night. Their English is so so, but they have an awesome disposition and are very helpful. The receptionist is the rudest person that I have ever met. Hospitality is obviously the wrong career for her. Rude, mean and nasty. And her English is not good, which makes things even worse. Handle with care. Wifi is good in the bathroom, but it does not work in the bedroom

Hotellin keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta huoneisiin ei kantautunut minkäänlaisia ääniä ulkoa, eikä sisätiloistakaan. Oli ihanan hiljaista.Ilta- ja aamupesut sujuivat hienosti, koska kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Erillinen WC oli todella mukava yllätys.

快適な滞在でした。立地よし、部屋は天井が高く、ひろく快適でした。ただ、ホテルに入るのに苦労しました。ホテルはすぐ見つかりましたがドア？門？に鍵が掛かっており入られない。エントランスとインターホンで取る必要がある。それはどこにも表示が ない！暫くウロウロ・・・ご注意を！！
