Cinco Hotel

As others have noted, the property itself was great, with beautiful gardens and a convenient location. However, the staff really went above and beyond while I was there. While I was staying there, I became sick and stayed in one day. The manager learned that I wasn't feeling well and brought me something to drink from their health food store, texted periodically to check in on me, and brought me soup to make sure I ate something. When I finally ventured out the next day, some of the staff made sure to ask how I was feeling. It was all very lovely and unobtrusive, and I've never felt so cared for in a hotel before. I cannot thank them enough!

The property was very nice and had all the comforts of home from including ac and clean water. The garden was beautiful and the hotel sitting areas were a plus. We did have issues with Netflix not loading but after we unplugged the tv and plugged it back in, it seemed to work fine. Veronica was amazing to us. She cooked and cleaned for us every morning and seemed genuinely concerned with our issues. My brother had mosquito bites (from elsewhere) and she went above and beyond to get him something to soothe the itching. She really treated us like family and it made our stay more memorable. I will definitely stay here again.

All together it was a great stay. We were attending a concert nearby and the lady at the reception desk gave us courtesy tickets. How cool is that? The property and hotel are very nice and regularly cleaned and taken care of. There's a nutribar on the first floor which was delicious. I had my dog with me and they treated her nicely and were nice to us the entire time. Will be coming back. Thanks!

The hotel is pretty, and in a great area. It, and the adjoining restaurant, both have cool concepts.... but as house-turned-Hotel, there were a few issues: the bathtub was old and the water pressure was poor. It took a while for the water to get warm enough to shower. The WiFi and Netflix passwords were a bit complicated - even the woman at the front desk was confused - and in one of our rooms, we could never get the WiFi to work. I would have liked a hair dryer. Overall, for the location at that price, it was a good stay.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I ended up arriving a day early and leaving a day late and everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable with a great bed and hot water in the shower. The garden area was a nice place to relax while working and breakfast and breakfast service were all excellent. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. It is also centrally located to the Zona Rosa and within walking distance of several museums, a bakery, a number of restaurants, and Cadejo Brewing. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit.

The personal is very courteous and willing to make your stayed very confortable. The food at the little restaurant is very good and healthy.
