My main complaint is the wi-fi. It was absolutely dreadful. It kept dropping out and was slow when it worked. Infuriating. A second issue is the demand for a 2000 baht deposit when the hotels.com voucher clearly stated that a 500 baht deposit is payable. I also didn't like the shower over the bath rather than a standalone shower. Apart from that, it's a pleasant hotel, in good condition, with friendly staff.

The staff wanted deposit of 2000 baht more than the room,online it said deposit was 500 baht. Roomwas clean and everything else was good

A very unassuming place but its a nice place to stay. Its quite and very convinient from Bumrungrad Hosp. Its worth the price.

Excellent hotel... I cannot fault it in anyway... super modern, very clean, close to nana action but super quiet! When in Bangkok I will always stay here now.. perfect! Bts station 6 min walk

Didn’t have hot water in my room on the 8th floor for 2 days as I paid for my room and should have, they said they would fix the first day, I was not compensated for it! Internet was very bad on that floor, also it says we have to deposit $500 bht but it’s $2000 which is ok but we should know that it’s $2000 not $500. I was first on the 5th floor which was fine until they changed my room. I asked for a manager and the women at the front counter said they deal with any situations there is no managers.
