Hotel de Ladda

This Hotel should be Quality Service throughout the establishment..... It is not The hotels nightly charge is expensive for rural Issan - Therefore you expect good service - it does NOT deliver! Receptionists were OK but not welcoming. Rooms were great and maid service was great. But Breakfast O.M.G what a chaotic shambles.... Both mornings there was no Buffet ( not enough guests ) so food is cooked in a downstairs kitchen and delivered via a lift. The first morning the young man took my orders, and food did not arrive for 30 minutes ( yes my order had been forgotten somewhere ) although my wife's food took only 5 minutes - I was NOT IMPRESSED. Breakfast Staff, especially the older lady are most unwelcoming.... We would stay at this hotel again, but not with breakfast included.

Overall very nice. Breakfast below par and needs to be bought into 21st century.

The best hotel in Mukdahan. Views if the Mekong river from every room. Ok breakfast. Xfinity pool. Very clean. Poor WiFi for such a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean and service was fast. Outside of your room there is not ac in the hotel so it gets very hot. The back side by the pool is ok. There are a lot of mosquitoes because of the nasty large body of water that separates Thailand from Lou’s. Other than that it was a good stay

Really liked the place. Although needs improvement on simple things like the showers and taps. All have come loose.
