Wyndham Garden Ft Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Generally very good, location was great. The hallways were quite dirty and with rubbish all across the hallway.

Great hotel and very clean. I would stay there again.

I did never stay because when i did arrive they did find my reservation but give my room away so they where out of rooms and me and my 14 years daugther have had to sleep in my car, we arrived at the hotel at midnight. So what i'm looking for is reimbursment of my money because i never get to stay at the hotel. And by the way so rude the person at the front desk, she told me that i was'nt her problem that it was betwee me and the third party( hotels.com)

Our plane was delayed so I called to confirm and they said no problem. We didn’t land in Ft Lauderdale until 1:30 am. The rental car desk was closed so we took a taxi. When we got to the hotel we were informed we didn’t have a room. They gave it to someone else because we were late and booked with a 3rd party. We were devastated. Had to drag our luggage all over town to try to find a place to sleep. No room, no room, no room. Finally at 3:30am we were given a room that supposedly was not in working condition. The front desk lady was super. She tried to help us find something. She told us she was going to go check out the room that supposedly wasn’t working. She checked it and gave it to us at a pretty pricey charge but we were thankful! I will never use Hotels.com again if that’s the way we get treated. This is the first problem we’ve had, but it was bad. We are 62 and 63 years old.....way too old for this.

The check-in staff was very pleasant, unfortunately our room was ready when we checked in. Was told 30 minute wait, ended up being 90 minutes. With no vehicle and a thunderstorm we had to sit it out in the lobby.

On arrival we were informed that they had to move us to their sister hotel due to a floor being shut down. We were then told they over booked and it happens frequently. We had a 2 block walk to the other hotel.

Front desk under staffed and over worked. Very rude to be honest. Maid service not done daily. Overall good stay and convenient to Ft Lauderdale and airport. Needs better management though.

Hotel is in a great location and very close to the airport. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. If you are visiting with kids might not be the most kid friendly hotel.

The room was indeed comfortable, but the hotel housekeeping never changed our bedsheets and we were there for 4 nights and also never mopped the floors and pretty much nothing was cleaned properly in the rooms, on top of housecleaning not making it to our room until almost 5pm and still only changed the towels and used another towel and a broom to slide across the floor as a “mop” the cleaning staff definitely needs to do better, because that part made being there uncomfortable in that sense. But the beds were comfortable.
