The house is very comfortable and has plenty of room; what really makes this place wonderful is the beautiful area on the lake (just across the road) - your own wharf, canoe etc., crystal clear water, amazing views of water, sky and mountain, even the mailboat that comes every day at 11:30!

It was nice walking in and seeing that they added air conditioning - huge plus! They did a few other things as well that did not go unnoticed. Birch Knoll was the perfect complement to our family gathering to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Location was lovely and tranquil, with good access to the lake where a deck and the long dock allowed us to enjoy beautiful views, while at the same time engage in water activities. The house was well furnished, well kept showing the elements of well loved home. A place to return if circumstances so allow it

It was stocked with anything you may need for kitchen supplies etc. The backyard had a large fire pit that we made use of during the chilly evenings. The house offers your own personal dock which was a big plus especially because we rented a boat. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay here again. This is my second time renting from Bayside Rentals and would absolutely rent from them again! The Waterfall Cafe in Meredith is a great spot for brunch on the day you check out!
