Oversized Studio close to the Beach and Airport

This studio was exactly what I needed. I was only in San Juan for one night and needed a place to sleep close to the airport. The room was as described and had all the amenities I needed for the night. Communication from the hosts was excellent and relieved any worries I had about finding the place and getting in late at night. One thing to note - there is a $30 cleaning fee (in cash) so be prepared.

Iris was absolutely wonderful, providing lots of information about San Juan. The condo was everything we needed, very nice. The only complaints we had were minor, the bed was too soft for our taste and the non-stick pots could stand being replaced.

We like this little condo, the bed is comfortable and the area is quiet. Has Direct TV and can watch a good movie if you want. We stayed one night to meet our cruise ship and one night going home from the airport. We weren't there to do any site seeing in San Juan. The location makes it hard to get the things you need...like bottled water,etc. if you plan to cook at all, you'd have to bring everything you need to fry an egg. The price is very low but needs to have at least some essentials in the kitchen. Nice assortment of toiletries in the bathroom and a good hair dryer, which is nice. The owner is very nice and keeps this little place rented all the time!!

The room was clean and great for a stay of more than 8 hrs. It was not close to the beach or airport unless you had a car. The one lamp had no lightbulb. The kitchen had no lighting. Only one electrical outlet worked. We were awakened at 10pm with a woman pounding on the door, demanding $30 for cleaning. She smelled of alcohol and demanded the cash immediately. I can understand a deposit and a refund of some if all is clean. We slept a few hours, and took a shower. I hardly think that $30 was demanded for that. Looks are very deceiving when looking at the pictures. We feel this cleaning fee should be explained before one books this place and that it is collected in a better way than we were.

If you don't mind renting a car for a long stay, the location is perfect. The property is minutes from the airport, good food, and Old San Juan. The room was clean and cozy. Checking in and out was also very easy.

I like everything but the matresses on bed. Everything else was okay.

I really liked the communication we had was the owner of the place however I did not expect to clean up after myself to the degree that was Expected given that in a regular hotel you don’t usually have to be so thorough
