Gran Hotel Concordia

This hotel is super clean, and excellent location.

The room was listed as Deluxe room. However, it was very small & so was the bathroom. Comfy bed, bathroom was nice too. No blow dryer in bathroom but bath ample supplies @ free bottled waters in room. Extra blanket & Pillow in closet; however we had 6 pillows on the king size bed. Confused by the smart panel on setting on certain lights. Very quiet. I'd stay there again as it was in the heart of historical which we absolutely love. This was our second trip to San Luis Potosi. The parking garage is located across the street from the hotel to the right. You get a slip of paper & take that to the hotel when checking in. It was like 58 pesos for a nigh stay ($3.00 USD). The hotel & garage is on a one way narrow street where they park 3 cars full in a row for you & there are several rows like 4. I got the feeling it was public parking too, but I'm not sure. There is a very narrow 2nd parking area where you self park that fits about 6 or 7 cars & the top parking area is the same with 12 parking spots. Just be aware of this. There was some confusion when checking in as I thought we were charged for the parking along with our room. However, the next morning They told me I owed for the parking. I don't speak Spanish well at all, so, I tried to explain it was my understanding I paid last night. They told me I did not & that the extra free was a cancellation free added ??? I didn't understand this whole thing & ended up paying for parking before checking out. Ask questions.

Right in the heart of the 3 major beautiful plazas in downtown, everything within walking distance.

Very modern but small room. centrally located if you want to stay downtown. Muy moderno pero el cuarto muy pequeño. Conveniente si quieres estar en el centro

Location, Excellent! Bed, amenities in room, Excellent! Staff, Courteous! Price....incledibly low for the service provided. Happy repeated customer here.

It was a short but pleasant stay. Still need to figure out the smart part of the room but other then that it was comfortable.

The hotel is really clean, new, the room was not to big not to small, had parking area across the street, is close to everything, and because is downtown of the city is more convenient the people is always smiling and willing to help you, I will stay again and this hotel

Really nice Hotel, right in the middle of the Plazas and Museums. Modern and Clean, a bit too modern for me, I had a hard time turning the light off at night. It seems that you need an app for that. Overall an excellent experience.

Service, decor, location and food are excellent. You can walk to all of the main historical sites in the area and the parking for the hotel is right in front which is very convenient and not normal for hotels in this location. The breakfast we had at the hotel was very good and the service as well. The only negatives that come with the area is that on weekends you can hear music from nearby bars and traffic to get to any hotel in the area will come with a bit of traffic.
