The room was adequate for staying the night, however there were some issues that I feel I have to mention. First is that the room was not even close to the room in the picture. Beds only had a sheet and a blanket and nothing else. The room looked extremely run down. The beds were clean, but everything was just old and needed to be replaced. The TV had a vertical line running through it, the walls were all cracked, and the furniture showed major signs of wear. This didn't bother me so much, but the toilet seat was filthy when I put it down forcing me to clean it myself (I should have called housekeeping, but I was tired and wanted to go to bed). Also the room was advertised as "non-smoking", but it had a slight smell of cigarettes. Also there was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on my bed. The bed appeared clean, but I don't think a cigarette burned blanket is acceptable in a "non-smoking" room.

That hotel should no be recommended by your site . They don't change sheets unless you pay extra . They don't clean or sanitize at all I specifically asked them to mop those tile floors throughout the room because my white socks turned black from the dirt the first night after my request my white socks still got dirty . They don't clean at all on Saturdays just leave you spotted towels on the bed . That is more of a local residential hotel . I would not recommend to anyone .

I did not like the fact that my room wasn't ready when i checked in at 4pm was told to come back at 930pm to find out that it was ready earlier but wasn't notified. Also their credit card systems had a glitch so had to pay 2x even tho i was refunded i was short $120 for several days. There was hair on pillows that were supposedly cleaned. There was a bug in the ice bucket in the bathroom. If i had extra money I would have not stayed there. They did mot offer me anything for the inconvenience. So not cool like they don't even care about the customers stay. My 1st time n Chicago bcuz i qas visiting my sick aunt and this place was not cool

I was immediately asked if I wanted a room...for the entire night. The room smelled like Cheech and Chong had just left. The room corners were dirty. There were ashes on the table. But, the shower looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was quite nice. There was enough hot water. I don’t think I’d stay here again though.

The room was decent but apparently the cleaning staff neglected to pick a used diaper that was discarded on the restroom floor underneath the sink. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk clerk and she looked shocked then laughed. There was also a lot of police activity here, we witnessed at least two people get arrested. Lastly the wifi signal was terrible and I had to rely on my data.
