“Breakfast buffet” and “air conditioning ” were not as advertised on site. However, staff was very friendly, room and facilities were very clean, and it is an excellent location for grabbing the bus into Venice. The neighbourhood is nice- with great local options for food and drink. WiFi was excellent and our room had a nice balcony. Overall, we would stay again but will have more realistic expectation of amenities.

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. Unfortunately, the situation had to do with how the staff communicated than the facility itself. I notified the landlord of our arrival a day in advance via skype text message as I had no phone in Italy. No email or anything back in response. When my family arrived, the entrance door to the building was locked. We spent 30-45 min at the door (at around 9 pm) waiting. The host wouldn't pick up the phone at first. Then he'd hang up repeatedly. Then after very many attempts, when I finally got through, he'd pretend that there's no rush or hurry while my whole family was waiting tired outside with the suitcases. Anyway, somebody with little English finally let us in. The next morning the landlady insisted my wife should pay 5 euros for using a laundry machine, which was in the shared bathroom. There was no sign or anything saying it was not a free service. Plus, after what happened the night before with the checking in -- these folks had the impudence... I couldn't believe it. Next time I'd pay a little more but avoid the stress and all the communication problems.

This B&B was perfect for our quick trip to see Venice. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station. It was a little difficult to find and we had to call the owner but they were very nice and helped us find it. Check in was easy and quick and the room was huge! There are two bathrooms for guest that are also very spacious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a balcony. There is a full kitchen with everything you need where we made dinner that night to save some money. There was a very very limited selection at breakfast but we made do. I would reccomend this accommodation for anyone who wants to stay outside of Venice but close to the train and bus stations.

Prima esperienza in un B&B, devo dire che a parte i bagni in comune, non è andata così male. Problemi di parcheggio, ma solo con una quota a parte si può accedere al parcheggio del B&B.

Lovely staff, nice and clean room, typical italian breakfast (Coffee, juice and a croissant) and great location (Bus No. 2 directly from Piazzale Roma - 20 mins). Would definitely recommend this B&B!

Cortesia pulizia e disponibilità sono predominanti, grazie di cuore per come ci avete trattato, sembra che ci conoscevamo da una vita. Quando passeremo ancora dalle vostre parti spero ci sia posto nel vostro BeB ma soprattutto passeremo per un saluto affettuoso.

O quarto foi fornecido sem ar condicionado e também não houve arrumação diária conforme ofertado pelo anúncio. A geladeira possuía cheiro forte, talvez há algum tempo sem limpeza. Mas o custo x benefício para algumas noites valem a pena sim.

soggiorno gradevole per stare qualche notte,abbiamo dormito in 4 dentro un ampia camera con TV e aria condizionata, ben collegato da pullman con fermata vicinissima con 1.50e si va a Venezia con 15min,note negative si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore e ha il bagno in comune

За предложенные деньги вполне нормально. Жаль только, что за кондиционер пришлось доплачивать отдельно по 7 евро в сутки

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil chaleureux, logement très propre, très bonne literie. Proche centre ville Mestre, transport en commun pratique pour accéder à Venise. Stéphane
