Modern hotel in great location

Hello! Very good location close to shopping mall which is convenient.

Nice location

Although a short stay it was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

New and nice hotel, with helpfull staff (we came late and wanted a beer :-)). The local area is perhaps best suited for buisness, but that was also our aim. Well situated along the motorway and easily accesible.

Really nice and tidy hotel adjacent to the brand new Lounakeskus shopping mall.

When reading this, you should remember that we are talking about a €100+ per night hotel! Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly and everything seemed good. However, it was downhill from there. First the good stuff... It feels new and the corridors and lifts are clean. Despite being in a busy business area, there is little noise from outside. It has direct access to an independent impressive shopping mall and cinema complex. Now for the rest, remembering it is €100+ per night... The 'standard' room is basic, so expect a bed, a phone that might not connect and not much else. The king size bed is 2 singles pushed together. When crowded, the restaurant is painfully noisy, so expectations of a quiet or cosy meal in the much publicised restaurant should be disregarded. If you want a kettle in your room, you will need to visit reception and ask for it. Check the toilet rolls upon arrival; we had a half used roll which was soiled. If you want breakfast in bed, there is no room service. In this case, you will face a bemused staff in the restaurant who will gladly tell you that you can take breakfast to your room but cannot offer carrying trays. When asked for a way to carry multiple plates and hot drinks through corridors where children run, you will be offered a trolley reminiscent of something used in a mortuary. Do not expect a manager to be on duty and if you complain to him, expect to be told that you are rude and unprofessional. Your money entitles you to nothing but a smile!

ew, modern, clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and equipped hotel that is worth every penny spent on accommodation. Rooms are very spacious, lots of places for your clothes and stuff, bathroom is comfortable and has also many space for your toiletries. The quality of sleep is excellent - beds are comfortable and darkening curtains won't let early sun to wake you. Just pillows were too small, next time I'll bring my own. :) The air con works silently and the hotel overall was very silent. Hopefully it stays that way. The hotel has direct connection with Lõunakeskus so it is easy to spend your free time by going to the movies (Apollo cinema) or shopping or ice-skating. Breakfast buffet is probably one of the best in Tartu or in Estonia overall. High quality coffee is the MUST when thinking of nice breakfast and you definitely will get that!! The choice of hot and cold meals, also juices and sweets and fruits were purely superb.

Удобное расположение, торговый центр находиться в Соединённых между собой зданиях. Удобная пастель, нормальные подушки. Завтрак нормальный, народ толпится за едой, в совершенно не большом пространстве, это напрягало.Чистота в номере на 4. Пол видимо не убирали:( клок белых волос прямо при входе -расстроил.
