Lumiere Hotel

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The weaknesses were unreliable wifi and an average restaurant (service and food).

Lower floor, noisy. Messy with the check out.

Hotel restaurant staff and location are good. The hotel condition is good BUT recently few trips facing some issues like bath room or air-conditioning problem. Need to have a well maintenance

Very good hotel. Hotel is modern and clean. Staff is friendly and willing to please. Restaurant at rooftop has come a long way since I first stayed there, the menu now is much more extensive and food is pretty good. Just a little bit disappointed that Eggs Benedict is no longer available during breakfast but its a really good hotel for the price. Coming from Singapore, its nice to have cups of kopi si Kosong in the Kiliney Cafe in the lobby.

We checked in early as we had a night bus. The hotel where accommodating and allowed us to check in early for 30$ as our room type wasn’t available. The rooftop bar is lovely but we had 2 problems there: 1. We were the first to enter the outside dining area at 6pm and were told we were not allowed to sit in the best seats as they were reserved. We stayed until 11pm and 2 of the 4 tables that were reserved where never used. 2. When upgrading we hadn’t realised that this meant we no longer got breakfast included. This was a real shame as when we went to the buffet they wanted to charge us an additional $25, which would have made the upgrade $55. Almost as much as we had paid for the original booking. However I will say the hotel is very clean and rooms are lovely. I would work on the customer service.
