This must be the 4th time staying at this hotel, The spa is amazing, the breakfast is AWESOME - although room is small, its located near sin-non hyeon station and near gang-nam station - very convenient :)

Awesome services provided eg. free welcome drinks, free shuttle bus to attractions, free soba in evening, nightclothes arrangement, air-purifier, worthwhile breakfast with great services-minded of all staff Transportation from the Airport is very conveniences, just take KAL Limousine No. 6703 and drop-off at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam, Dormy Inn is right beside (approx 1.40 hrs, 16,000 won each) Location is not bad, about 5 mins walks to Gangnam street direction and you will find the street that full of cafe' & restaurant and Metro station exit 4 is right there (approx 500 m.) Only one bad point is you have to walk uphilll from Sinnonyhen station to go back to the hotel, probably a nightmere if you get back from shopping with full of shopping back on your hand ;P If you decide to get back to the airport by KAL limousine (Depart from Novotel), be prepared to leave earlier from boarding time because it's took about 2 hrs on the journey to the airport if you don't want to stay in the crowded area, this is the best choice

Nothing to criticize. Everything is great! Small room but neat and comfortable！Spa and noodle were nice! Location within reasonable walking distance to MTR. Will come again next time！

This property is perfect for a no-frills stay in Seoul. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. If you’re looking for room service and all that jazz, this is not the place for you, however it is in a good location and is a good value for the money. The in-room teapot is nice, and the spa in the basement is a huge plus!

All the staffs are professional and helpful. The receptionist, the shuttle bus driver, breakfast room staffs, housekeeping staffs are good. The location is convenient and the airport bus stop and pick up on the hotel next door. Take less than 15 minutes to get there. Use Klook to make purchase of the airport bus ticket n save $ like a breeze.

Like - next to subway station; convenient shopping Dislike - the short walk to the hotel from subway is uphill, not very convenient for those who have a lot of luggage.

Don’t use bidet!!! It’s was so disgusting. Looks clean but when water pik all dirty brown. Seems they cleaned only visible area. But still I hight recommend this hotel. Good value hotel. Nice breakfast. Staffs are friendly. Good location. Near Gangnam area all pub and restaurants. Near subway station
