I will definitely stay here again.

This place was a pleasure to stay at the rooms were very spacious and very clean lots of area throughout the hotel to hang out with friends throughout the lobby without being interrupted.

Nice room, missing what we wanted tho

Wellbthis stay was our free reward earned from others stays at hotel.com. there is a large clawfoot type soakjng tub shown in some pictures, my wife made 4 phone calls to verify and reserve that room. Of course we show up, no tub in the room and the front desk cleck then claimed that tey have corner not rubs in suites. All VERY different information than my wife was given over the phone when making the reservation. This stay was vased on that tub as we really had no other reason to stay. We inquired about the tub shown i. Pics and staff had no idea, and claimed all rooms had the tub shower combo- not what us shown in pics. Needs to say with no actual need for this room other than a brief getaway from from home, we just went home as the only attraction was the tub rhat was not there

Property is great overall. Large clean rooms. Problem is the NOISE. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you, even when those people are not being noisy at all. Due to the fact that the rooms and halls are so big you get a lot of echo. There are legit holes in the walls and that creates a problem with the noise. I get that they are trying to keep things looking industrial and whatnot. However at night, we couldn't sleep because we could hear the person having a phone conversation in the room next to us. We could hear exactly what they were watching on TV even though the volume on their TV wasnt loud at all. I stuffed an entire hand towel in the hole just to drown out the noise. Also, the bed's could be better. They are stiff and make a lot of noise as well. The one perk to the building is you cannot hear the people above you because the floors are concrete. So there are good and bad with this place but when you just want to sleep after a long day; well....that isnt going to happen because you will hear everything around you.

Cool hotel

The hotel is an amazing repurposing of an old John Deere factory. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The only problem is they are not very sound proof, somI heard the conversations in the next room, even though they were not that loud.

One night stay

Old building renovated to a hotel. Rooms are very large but not sound proof. Heard someone’s TV late at night like it was in our own room. The floor our room was on smelled old musty and like smoke but I went to other floors and they didn’t smell. The small refrigerator in our room didn’t work but there was an ice maker on our floor so I just used that with our cooler. Front desk was nice. Location was convenient enough. To go breakfast and coffee wasn’t good. I think it’s fine to stay there but it was priced too high for what we got. Also the bathroom doesn’t have a regular door or any ventilation. Just a slide door with frosted glass. Prefer actual doors. Exercise area was large so that was a plus with newer equipment.

Neatly repurposed John Deere factory turned hotel offers cool architecture, but not the best accommodation. The rooms was clean and modern, but the walls were paper thin. I luckily had good neighbors but I was able to easily hear the person in the room next doors cell phone alarm going off at 5am. I thought it was my own going off it was that clear. There are not many food options in walking distance and the hotel restaurant closed permanently. Staff said they are looking for a replacement.

Nice hotel, great room, but no hot breakfast

The size of the room is huge in comparison to most others. Honestly, a lot of it is empty space but it is nice to not feel so confined. The room was very clean and the amenities were comfortable. The staff were pleasant during the brief interactions. The only drawback was the breakfast. The site still shows all the pictures of the "hot breakfasts" that were previously offered. Presently, there is only a "grab-and-go" option which is pretty meager. The restaurant was also closed for rebranding (I think) so you had to travel to get a decent option for breakfast; but there are a fair number of good options in the area. It would be nice if hotels would update their sites to let you know their current options for breakfast.
