Great location, helpful staff. Negative is cleanliness.

Hotel was in a nice quiet location close to the centre and metro station. No mention of what to do when checking out and no offer of breakfast at the cafe which is it out of the hotel. We then entered the room which was just up the stairs above the reception, this resulted in being able to here every phone call and text received by the receptionist and hear people coming up and down the stairs. The room itself was nice basic design, it had a radiator (only half of it heated up) and an A/C which heated the room very well. The bathroom was a nice design with a large shower, but no bathmat or hand towel. On further inspection we could see that the white bed sheet had stains/marks on it. I later asked for a new bedsheet and was told I would have to wait until the next day as the cleaner had gone home. So the next day we come back to the room in the same condition as we left it and still no clean sheet, we then discovered you need to hang a tag on your door requesting the room to be cleaned. The next day we hung the tag on the door before we left for the day, and again the room was still the same. Due to the reception only being open 9am-7pm we couldn’t ask for the sheet again. we were here for 4 days and the room was not cleaned and the sheet not changed. Even during the reception hours the receptionist wasn’t always there, and when checking out at 11am she was not there. We waited for 30 mins and decided to write a note and just leave, and couldn’t ask for a taxi to the airport.

L’hôtel est vraiment très sympathique. La deco et l’environnement est chouette. Il est très bien situé on peut faire pleins de choses à pied. Point faible : manque un frigo dans la chambre.

Lo mejo, la ubicación Lo peor, que si hay un problema fuera del horario de recepción (9-17h) no tienes donde pedir ayuda. Se nos estropeo la calefacción durante la noche y tuvimos que esperar a la mañana para que lo solucionaran.

The room was nice and clean but we had to ask for toilet paper which shouldn't be necessary.

Hervorragend für einen unkomplizierten Städtetrip mit dem ein oder anderen kleinen Makel der aber ohne Probleme zu verschmerzen ist. Ein absoluter Preis/Leisutngs TIp für Städtereisende. Super Lage und Zimmer sehr OK

This is a small and simple hotel but quite charming. The hotel is located on the top floors of a residential house. The exterior of the house and the stairs and the elevator up to the top floor was not in top-notch condition but the hotel itself and the room were clean and nicely done. Do note that the reception is only open during daytime and that the hotel offers only limited services. Breakfast is served at a café nearby which doesn't open until 9 AM. If that's too late for you, take a room without breakfast and go to some other café (there are a few in the vicinity of the hotel). In short, if you just are looking for a place to stay and a bed at an affordable price, and can put up with the limited service, this might be a good option for you.

Al principio choca la situación del hotel en un 4º piso de un edificio histórico, después ves que hay muchísimos hoteles así, la habitación muy bonita con vistas, la mía incluía ducha de hidromasaje. El chico que nos atendió muy amable y simpático. La pega es que no había armario, sólo una cajonera estrecha donde guardar las pertenencias y tres pechas en un colgador detrás de la puerta. No sé si las demás habitaciones tienen armario, fue una pega importante porque nuestra estancia fué de 6 días, por lo que llevábamos bastante ropa. El desayuno estaba incluido en una cafetería cercana. Lo mejor es lo SUPER CENTRICO que está, al final de la calle está el puente de las cadenas, Buda y el Parlamento. Impresionante.

Una muy bonita experiencia. El trato amable y la preocupación por mi comodidad resaltan en su servicio personal. Un lugar céntrico, limpio, cómodo y muy bonito aun precio justo. Un hermoso paisaje desde sus ventanales. Sin lugar a dudas una experiencia inolvidable.
