Had several issues during my stay, dishwasher did not work & it appeared that dishes were dirty and put back into the cabinets - eek! I bought paper plates and bowls, so not a big issue. Biggest issues were WIFI not working and had several meetings that I missed, I was comped a night stay and Layla was wonderful in getting everything arranged.... The room we stayed in was pretty dated and the bed wasn't uncomfortable, but VERY noisy, every time you moved, there was an audible sound of what I can only describe as an old bed frame and settling. There were a lot of smokers and for someone with asthma, an unregulated property due to COVID is NOT ideal. I had a lot of breathing issues... in addition, the work done on the unit I was staying at had a broken out window with a trash bag covering it.... again, not ideal for asthma.

Everything was contactless- small but clean- close to beach. Was disappointed that had coffee pot but no coffee. Had to make a store run. Close to everything. Would stay again.

Very good experience the suite had everything you could need. Very spacious and clean. Only thing the couch in the living room is white and it was dirty, had stains, did not feel too comfortable sitting on it. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

Checked in at 4pm everyone leaves at 5 our tv wasn’t working they tried to walk us through over the phone but it just simply wasn’t working so they said everyone was gone for the day so had to transfer us to someone who said he was thirty minutes away so he came out finally got the tv working after twenty minutes or more and was saying let’s be honest you didn’t come out here to watch tv I was a bit offended. If you are saying the room includes tv I expect it to work. The kitchen table chairs are uncomfortable the seats are hard we used the pillows from the couch as a cushion for seats. The worst part was right before we are about to leave the toilet just started over flowing out of no where I had to turn the knob under the toilet so the water could stop. The toilet was not clogged or anything it just simply filled up and kept over flowing . For the amount of money for this unit beach front it was extremely disappointing. The front office people should stay at least till 8-9 pm . You have 1 hour after check in to make sure everything is up to par and don’t need anything. Oh and if you check in early it’s an additional fee It’s a rip off I recommend staying somewhere else perhaps on the strip which is more entertainment and you don’t have to drive everywhere . This hotel is a mile or more away from restaurants and entertainment. The view is the only good thing. Outdated And over priced.

For the price I paid it wasn’t worth it . I could have stayed a a luxury hotel . But we made the best of it and enjoyed our time there.

It was really close to the beach but the apartment didn’t have bea hacer on the back. Not all of the apartments has beach in the back. Nice apartment. It was clean. It has all the kitchen supplies . Really quite and calm . Awesome location everything is close .The hotel staff (Leyla) was really kind .

The property was somewhat older but clean. The unit had a musk locked up smell. We had to leave the door open so the place would air out. We had no hot water. One of the maintenance guy told us the morning before check out. I saw that some units were being renovated. The location was perfect..... a few steps from the beach. Beach front would have been perfect. Pool area was pretty clean as well.
