There were 2 used dental flosses in the bathtub, the room was smelling strange and there was no window, only bottom-hung window, which couldn't be opened because the main street was below and very loud. Breakfast was very poor, only basics and there is not enough space in the cellar room for everybody. This hotel would not exist if it hadn't this good location. Max 2 Star hotel.

Great location. Traditional viennese hotel. A bit outdated. Beware: The room description may not match with the reality. We booked a suite with kitchenette and harwood floor, but got one without those. Some issues: One bed had plenty of black hair when we arrived. One of the two tv's didn't work, neither a hairdryer. Service... friendly but uncapable. No real response for the complaints. Next time another hotel.
