Gunnedah Hotel

I had stayed here before the new owners took over and the place was run down. The new owners have done a good job refurbishing the rooms and putting new carpet in the hallways. The shared bathrooms have not been updated. Good size TV in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water can take a while to get to the room. Nice new air conditioner in the rrom. One window could be opened but the other window was stuck closed. Overall a good value stay in Gunnedah.

Great old world cosy pub with clean, modern rooms. A powerpoint near the desk was all that was missing.

Comfortable stay with all amenities close by. Great restaurant service and food.

Awesome! We stayed in an en-suite room and it was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and such good quality, not what we were expecting. The room was very spacious and beautifully recently renovated. The bathroom was nice and modern. Very clean. My only negative comment is that there is no power point in the bathroom for hair dryer etc. There were so many powerpoints throughout the room, so maybe an extension cord to reach the bathroom. If you are considering staying here, do it! You will not be disappointed. As good as any motel room, if not better! It was also surprisingly quite. We will be back.

Good for pub accommodation if you are used to shared bathroom facilities. Room was small by today's standards, maybe because of the bed size! Air conditioning in the room was appreciated. Meals in the restaurant were excellent.

This trip was a bit average While people were still helpful, the place suffered from doing the renovations downstairs Only had the bare minimum in the room They didnt even supply a chair! I felt it was overpriced for the current condition and amenities in the room
