The peymans apartment was really horrible. I regret ever staying there. I had already booked the apartment 1week before getting there but when I arrived Cambridge I called 45 mins just as I was asked to but they really delayed us and gave us a much smaller and horrible apartment far from where we booked. It was so cold and the heater didn’t work...so horrible
Check-in was complicated; apartment felt slight dated; it was decently clean.
We had to wait over an hour to be checked in despite calling the Peymans telephone no. 45 mins prior to arrival (as reqiluested by them) the numerous calls to Peymans main no. to be told they were on the way. We were one of three parties of guests to be sat in our cars at the apartment gates to be checked in. Person checking us in gave no info on the apartment, they just took a breakages deposit and left, we had to call to find out what parking space we weren’t to use and how we accessed the underground car park. No info on ammenities within the apartment.
I arranged to meet at 6 pm but the guy turned up at 6 30 .I had to change and meet someone at 7 so i was not impressed then our room was still being cleaned even though i should have been able to come at 3 so they then moved us to another one. Both showers were not working

We have had a need over many years to visit Addebbrookes hospital and up until discovering Peymans properties have always used hotels. Now with the locations available in the city and the ability to all be together the Grand Central Apartments in particular represents good value for quality accommodation I would recommend them friends and family
We experienced multiple issues during our visit in this apartment. We are disappointed with the service offered (or rather lack of it). The issues are listed below. 1. We paid £30 for an early check-in and arranged to meet a member of Peymans staff at 1.30pm. The person did not arrive on time and when I called Peymans they said that I should have called 45 min before arrival to let them know. This has not been communicated with us. The Peymans person arrived 40 minutes after the agreed time making us wait for the keys. 2. Upon the arrival to the apartment we found a large pile of dirty/soiled towels and linen left by the previous tenant inside the apartment. We had to bag everything ourselves and put it outside as no one come to do it. The apartment was dirty and unhygenic in general and we had to spend one hour cleaning it properly. 3. We found that the fob which allows access from garage to apartment did not work and failed to allow us to take the lift from the garage area to the apartment. We had to carry several heavy suitcases across this large site; this was a big effort and no help was offered. 4. The dishwasher was broken. We reported this to Peymans during the first day. They promised to send someone to repair it but nothing happened. We had to wash the dishes manually. 5. The shower in one of the bathrooms did not have hot water. Peymans promised to send someone to resolve this issue, but nothing happened. 6. The only shower with hot water was not working properly. If you open the tap normally, the water will splash beyond the shower area making the whole exercise uncomfortable. 7. The balcony door did not lock properly making the flat accessible from the neighbouring balconies. We reported this, but the issue was not resolved. In summary, the service we obtained was unacceptable and disproportionately poor compared to the price we paid. If you pay so much money you expect high quality place/service, something we certainly did not get. I suggested to Peymans that given the circumstances they could offer us a discount. They did not reply. My family had quite an uncomfortable stay and I certainly do not recommend this place!
A lovely, modern apartment that was spotlessly clean. Only grumbles were around the wobbly table and chairs and poor communication with the organisation to arrange check in as there is no front desk.
전체적으로는 나쁘지않지만, wifi가 전화모뎀 이라 넘 느리고, 세탁기가 있지만 사용하지 못하게 되어있고, 주차공간이 좀 불편하다는점이 아쉽네요.
Internet is not so fast. It is not convenient to give a ring 40 min before arrival to get the key.
