Great place to stay
From the friendly welcome at check-in to the comfort and cleanliness of our room, our stay at Rock Ledge was exceptional. A bIg plus was how quiet it was.

Was another great stay at Rock Ledge, was there last year also. Clean and well taken care of. Lawns are kept up great and the buildings are taken good care of, Jim and Cindy are GREAT HOSTS.

I stayed there a number of years ago and were very then and we got the same friendly welcome and were treated like old friends. I will tell all the people that I hear about that are going up to the Bay to stay there. Can't beat Cindy and Jim. Great time guys. Hope to see you again.

Great location, short drive to the local restaurants and attractions. The owners are lovely people and great to talk to or help if need be. The room was very VERY clean, and couldn’t have been better for our trip to the area. If we visit again, or know anyone that will be coming to the area, we will definitely recommend this place.

The weather was very nice, was close to grocery stores, dollsr general to pick things up, close to watertown to go to other resturants, stores, casino, nesr shops at Alexandria bay which was 5 min away. Enjoyed our room, very comfortable, beds were comfortable

This place takes you back! You open the door with a KEY! Privately owned, you are able to enjoy a unique experience. Not one of those cookie cutter chain types. The owners and staff are freindly and really seem to care that you enjoy you stay. Clean, quaint and quiet, this place is charming and unpretentious. Be advised, however, this place is very popular with those coming to fish the St. Laurence. So, you apt to hear some scurrying about, and car doors, in the early morning hours. Do what I did: say, "There go the fishermen." Then, roll over and go back to sleep! I'm glad I stayed there, and can't wait until my next outing there.

A perfect place to start and end your day
We wanted to get away and meet friend for a mini vacation and decided to meet in 1000 lakes. The Rock Ledge was a perfect place for both couples Its a nice quiet room that was clean, comfortable and just what was needed after the days adventures.

A Perfect & Relaxing Stay
The Rock Ledge is a simple sweet family run motel that is a place to come "home" to as you explore the beauty of The Thousand Islands. checking in was a breeze, the room was clean including the bathroom, the beds were comfortable, the refrigerator kept our beverages chilled and the coffee was a good tasting pick me up every morning.and enjoyed on the 2 comfortable rockers that are in front of every room. We got to chat with Cindy and Jim, who are the owners, on a couple of occasions and they were always friendly and had helpful hints about the sites around and a little about the history around us. We also got to chat with 3 other couples who were staying here and they were all as pleased as we were. Book here, you won't regret it.
