One Shot Tabakalera House

Excellent location, central and near bus station, very clean and quiet.

The hotel location is perfect. Central and very close to Coach station. It’s next to beautiful Maria Cristina park. The staff at reception are friendly and polite. I’ve stayed here a few times and as long as the prices remain reasonable I’ll keep staying at this hotel on my Donostia visits.

Very nice hotel. Closed to everything we wanted to visit. All of the people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept clean everyday.

One Shot Tabakalera is a nice hotel but it lacks warmth. The lobby (or what passes for it) is impersonal and does not encourage the guests to mingle as the seating consists of a long bench along a wall facing another wall. And while the bed was very comfortable, the room itself was not. For example, the safe was placed at the bottom of the closet forcing one to kneel down the hard concrete floor to use it. Who thought of that? No one who ever intended to use it! And if a hotel decides to only provide liquid bath gel why not provide a wash cloth to use it? Without a wash cloth it is hard, if not impossible, to wash with a liquid gel as the shower washes it off one’s hands immediately.

What a great stay! The hotel was amazing and very comfortable. We took a train from San Sebastián to Barcelona and the location of the hotel to the train station can’t be beat.

Cool building and very convenient location. Try to get the suite.

Easy access and parking. Close enough to walk to all the sites in the city. Friendly helpful staff and the rooms were grand.

Comfortable room, but it had little light. Fitness facility and sauna were underwhelming. Nice staff. Many problems with keys.

Very noisy room due to poor insulation. Overpriced hotel as everything else in San Sebastian. Next to bus/train station convenient for further travel But quite a distance from old town by 20-30mn walk. We should have stayed just one night instead of 4. Perhaps we were disappointed with SS as overrated after we 've been to gorgeous french basque region next door. Only thing we liked was basque people we met are friendly, helpful and unpretentious, esp. outside of old town.

Very unique set up. Loved the large windows and size of the rooms. Location isn’t great, but not too far from the action. The staff were wonderful!
