Very nice hotel, all Staff are Sooo Helpful and Nice ,will recommend to my Family and Friends. Kitchen-Resto Staff very Nice peoples also.. The Manager Miss Chi ,is very easy to deal with and very professional, she treated us like family. We did stay 2 weeks at this Hotel.

Nice hotel near the beach. Breakfast morning is ok. Staff friendly.

The hotel overall was good in several aspects but a few issues marred the experience. There is better value around there as this area is becoming highly competitive as Đà Nẵng Việt Nam and its surrounds becomes a definite growing tourist attraction. Although some junior and support staff were most helpful the local manager I dealt with ensued with an argument over a pot of instant noodles. The robotic response from the young female manager was bureaucratic and inept. I tried to explain to her that an argument over a few cents of what she claimed was not worth the argument as considering the large money I had spent over several days there but she refused to listen to any logic persisting in her contention. Then she wanted the junior staff to fix up the change out of their own pocket when I did not have such small change. This wasted a lot of time and left a sour taste at the end of a good trip. My advice to the senior management is to train your middle managers a lot better and review how they respond. Having a blanket response to a policy statement is definitely not the best way forward to build improved client relationships and good reviews!

This is a nice place very close to the beach. The buffet breakfast was beyond my expectations for the price. The front desk (Linh, Anna and Jennifer) were very helpful and nice! Rented a scooter there at a very good price. Clean room, everything worked. Nice strong hot shower. Good location. Nice service from staff. Wifi good on every floor.

We very highly reccomend this hotel. Can't say enough about the frendliness of the staff. From the hotel manager to the waitresses and reception staff, everyone and I mean everyone,went out of their way to help us out and make us feel welcome. Thank you!

Udemærket hotel. Fin og venlig betjening. Omgivelser: En stor byggeplads. Hotellet ligger i 3. række fra vandet, og jeg tvivler på at der er havudsigt om ganske få år. I øvrigt en dejlig strand med gang i vandet. Ikke lige småbørnsvenlig, men god til surfing og badning. Der er opsyn på stranden og de er meget opmærksomme.

로비 직원 분들은 친절하셨는데, 이불이 새걸로 교체되지 않고, 쓰던거 계속 썼어요...
