The Plaza Suites

In this stay the cleaning is very bad the room has a strong smell to humidity the door where are the air conditioner was completely full of dirty the balcony never was clean and when we are going to left the hotel the lady for recepcion run to our car to tell me that I needed to give the towels thinking that my family's going to steal the towel and the deposit of security today I don't receive yet. Never in my live I come to this hotel I run much of the Hoyel pf Puerto Rico but this is the bad hotel that I stay and the service don't work. The owner of this hotel neede to see the horrible conditions of this hoteland I don't recomend at all the Plaza Suite.

The property was Ok. It has easy access to restaurants.

Excellent place to spend time with family. Clean rooms. Little bit loud during the day due to the pool activities but overall a pleasant stay

The room we booked (3 bedrooms) was not available. They separate us and it was a family weekend. Also they need to improve the cleaning overall.

It was difficult to check in in the property inside the room it was disgusting but because I pay in advance I have no choice to stay I will never book a room that I have to pay I wish nobody else go through this

The hotel is old and does not have the required maintenance.

Pool distance from the room is great; but need more cleanless. Dont like thar tha facility not have restaurant and no store inside.

Rooms were dated and lacked cleanliness, however the view and surrounding properties were breathtaking. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms need to be remodeled , doors , bathrooms, curtain
