Dunes Express Inn & Suites

Our room had both a queen and king bed which worked well for out dog who sleeps on the bed. there were also two upholstered side chairs. Breakfast is available until 10 am everyday. It was staffed so there were more options than the grab bags I've gotten at other hotels during the Covid era. There is a very large indoor pool with hot tub. The furnishings are dated, but functional.

Nice clean updated hotel with friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was excellent.

Very unhappy the mask policy was not enforced or even suggested with signs or verbally during breakfast. Staff wore them, some guests.

We only was there long enough to sleep but it was nice!

Was awesome as always room was ready clean and breakfast was very good will stay here again and again

BMOP Hotel. Hotel management and staff were above and beyond helpful. Breakfast was good. Checkin with during COVID season =\. Decided to stay here last minute to explore the dunes and enjoy the park. Was a nice hotel but I was sad the pool and hot tub were closed...saw two other hotels near the dunes that had pools open but I assume it was due to hotel capacity and size, no biggie. PILLOW. MY GOD!! PILLOWS BUY FIRM PILLOWS!!!! These are typical bean bag like pillows that you sink into and are uncomfortable. That really is my only complaint, besides a new shower head in the showers could be used as an update. Overall, would stay again just would Bring My Own Pillow..

room are a little outdated, which is not an issue if the bed was not "sandy". the hotel also had no in really anything in place for all the noise that was generated by circulation of individuals all night in corridors. Not a great night sleep overall...

Room was large for a double queen, very clean. Roomy bathroom, great shower head. Everyone friendly and helpful. Super easy access from highway. Pool area looks like it would have been great. (Thanks Gov) Breakfast choices were limited but they did a great job with what they were able to do. Would definitely stay again.

This place had the most comfortable bed of the three places we stayed. The bathroom needed some minor maintenance done. Shower rod was loose, could not adjust the showerhead. My wife could not even reach the showerhead. Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. I would stay here again.

They charge almost $200 a night and advertise a pool & hot tub, but due to corona virus they closed these feautures. We specifically picked a hotel that has a pool so we could have some fun with our 8 year old daughter. We asked if we could upgrade our room to a jacuzzi suite since the pool was closed. All of the suites were available but were told the housekeepers are short staff so they only clean the rooms with a reservation. If you're concerned about corona virus you should be cleaning all rooms after check out. Our hotel room was dirty. There were long black hairs on the sink in the bathroom when we got there and what looked like dried milk on the table. I was very grossed out.There was only one hand towel in bathroom no towels or wash cloths when we got there and only 1 3ozshampoo, 1 3oz conditioner and 1 small bar of soap (smells terrible!) We asked for more since reservation was for 3 people and were told 1 of each was standard for up to 4 people? They also charge you a full fee of your reservation if you want to cancel it or change the dates thats the only reason we kept our reservation even though the pool was closed. I believe they shouldn't be charging 190 if it includes a pool and hot tub in the fee that you aren't able to use. Also there was 2 half drank waters in the fridge when we arrived clearly from the guests who stayed before us. Housekeepers should be cleaning all rooms especially because of covid19 not just making the beds because their short staffed
