Lovely place. A mix of Robinson Crusoe and Ernest Hemingway - lots of old world charm. The staff was wonderful, and the view was amazing. In the evening, the entire property is yours to enjoy.

We loved our time at Palms Court! Claudia stayed in close contact as we arranged our stay. The welcome we recieved on the day we arrived set the tone for a relaxing and beautiful week. Rhonda (manages day to day) is a wonder! She and her breakfast/poolside staff met *all* of our needs and helped us find our way to the best of Basseterre. Covid protocols were in place during our visit and Rhonda helped us make sense of them and and stay safe. We needed a break to recharge and Palms Court/St. Kitts were the perfect place to be.

The apartment itself and the grounds are tucked away on a quiet side street a few blocks from town. The apartment is very rustic and charming well equipped with everything you need for both a short and long term stay. The pool area and restaurant food downstairs are outstanding. Excellent communication among owner and property manager. I would stay here again and skip the nig resort next time I am on ast. Kitts.

Despite a mishap with the Check In, the host, Rhonda was very attentive in making sure our stay was comfortable. She was accommodating and kind. We are thankful for her and the entire staff who assisted us during our stay.

My partner and I loved our stay. The view of the sea and downtown was new to me even after living on island for two years. A tropical storm did pass by during our stay but we were still be able to use the pool and enjoyed the privacy. The property was beautiful and romantic!

Overall fine. Two issues were strangers walking around property at night and when we checked out we remained o property by the pool for 3 hours and no one notified us that we had left some personal belongings in unit.

This accommodation is perfect for us. The view is fabulous. We have an infiniti pool and hot tub to ourselves when the restaurant closes around 5 pm. The apartment is very comfortable, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, towels, shower soap, hair dryer, air conditioning in the bedroom, a sizeable library (I've always managed to find books that interest me), a sizeable balcony with plenty of seating. The staff at the restaurant are very nice to deal with. Claudia is a great host. Her parents used to live there when they visited. Pick this place. You won't regret it.

Our stay at Palms Court Garden was everything we expected, hoped for and more. The guesthouse is so well equipped, there was nothing that we needed or were missing. We loved Claudia's attention to details both inside and outside. The property is very well maintained, and beautiful. The views are wonderful, and even on the one day that was a bit busy with cruise ship guests we felt we had full privacy. After 5:00, when the closed sign went up, the pool was all ours to enjoy. All staff were helpful, friendly and charming. We each had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant on several mornings, and also lunch from the restaurant on our balcony one day. We were left alone to enjoy the beauty of the property and St Kitts, but when we needed anything or had any questions there was always someone we could ask. During the day we spent many wonderful hours just enjoying the view and the breezes on the very well equipped and comfortable balcony. At night we were entertained with the big screen TV, and the sounds of nature. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, but we also drove to Frigate Bay for dinner on several evenings. This location provides easy access to the beaches and sights in the northern area of St Kitts, but also in the south. We have absolutely no complaints, only glowing compliments, about Palms Court Gardens and our stay. We will be recommending this oasis to many friends.
