Terrace Bay Hotel

Everything was great, with great views. There’s a restaurant on site, but I felt was to expensive for what is was. We found a couple great places close by

The renovated rooms are great. The staff was awesome. The pool is great. Maybe too much chemical in the hot tub, but I get it. The restaurant was phenomenal. Wish I could eat there more often.

Kind of expensive for what you get. 120$ for a parking view. Jacuzzi covered with foam. No food service if you set at the bar strange. Tom was clean. Downstairs rooms are ready for renovation. I changed it from to an upstairs one which had been somewhat renovated. Well pick it a different hotel next time.

The room was big, spacious, and clean. Carpet and furnishings were a bit outdated— not like the pictures on the site. Desk clerk was very bubbly and welcoming! She was eager to accommodate! It was a good place to stay after driving.

Beautifully re-done room. Fabulous lake view and nature walk. Nice restaurant was convenient.

Did not match the pictures, the room was more like a Motel than hotel. The "suite" smelled like cigarettes and the front desk assistant was on the phone for 10 minutes before acknowledging me for check in. People in the lobby where not wearing masks. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE unless it costed $50/night.

We stayed in one of the upgraded lake-front rooms and it was great. Nicely updated with a beautiful view of the bay. There was problem with our room the first night (the TV did not work) but they took care of it quickly and with a smile on their face. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, and the restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Will definitely book again next time we travel to the UP!

The photos online looked amazing and inviting. When we arrived it was a Motel. I asked why they post photos of something that was untrue. They say that they were working on renovating to look like the photos by next year. I was very unsatisfied with the cheap motel rooms I received for the price I paid.

Our beds were where like staying in rustic old cabin couldn't sleep so thin squeaking hard (think they were bought in the 80s). Heard alot of noise also the hot tub was out of service which i was looking so forward to it. Front desk girl who checked us in was not helpful she did say the hottub was going to be open on Friday never opened. The place does have a spectacle view which helped me make it through a 3 night stay i would have liked to go to a different place on 2nd day. The beds were that bad

We stayed two nights and loved the suite. There was plenty of room for us and two pack and plays. Staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was cold for our liking. It was nice that there is parking right in feont of the rooms, but i think with the wedding and restaurant non-hotel people were parked there so we couldn't park near our room which sucked for unloading. But, overall, for what we needed, we would definitely stay there again.
