Updated, clean, friendly hosts, good location, beautiful views, helpful tips, quiet, free parking, highly recommend, we would return.

Perfect location, quite and walking distance to the center. Nice staff and outstanding view from the garden

A friendly welcome, clean fresh room with nice patio area and a view of the lake. All facilities were as expected, the breakfast area was lovely and the variety of food was a nice surprise. The only negative comment concerns the walking distance to the lake (actually more precisely the amount of steps upwards to walk back!) This proved a challenge especially after a good meal...... Accessibility aside, my wife and I would both highly recommend the hotel and it’s staff. We were well looked after and would return.

Beautifully renovated B&B. The front desk leaves at 7pm so if you have any issues then there is no one to help. Our TV didn't pick up the English channels as promised when we checked in so that was very disappointing. Breakfast is promptly served and cleared away after the last room is served so you can't linger to enjoy coffee or conversation. Personell are very friendly and helpful when there, however, after 7pm everyone is gone. Views of the lake are seen only from the hotel garden patio located behind the hotel, pretty but limited. B&B located on top of a large hill about 10-15 minute walk to the town center. People with limited mobility would not be able to manage this walk.

Gaia was a wonderful host. The hotel was clean, breakfast delicious and the terrace view breathtaking. Parking was fine and we drove downtown. A five minute ride. You could walk it but it's not flat and I'm definitely not a walker.

Very nicely kept property, spotlessly clean room. The building is a little hard to find, the piazza that is located at is a tiny roundabout, make sure you closely follow google map directions which are accurate. Francesca who runs the guesthouse is great, and really made the experience very easy and pleasant. We arrived by ferry to Belaggio in the evening, with my wife with an injured foot, without realizing that securing some kind of taxi to get to the property was gonna be difficult in an off-season evening, we called the hotel, and after calling a couple of taxi services for us whitout success, Francesca drove down her personal car to pick my wife and our lugagge up. She also gets up early and prepares a tasty breakfast for you, even asking us what we preffered to have, and what times we preferred since we were one of two rooms in the hotel. If you dont bring a car, the property is an easy 20 min walk uphill through the cobbled streets, and shops of Bellagio. Make sure that you grab a schedule with the fast boat and ferry hours. Lovely town, and property.

Francesca, the host, was very kind and helpful. Always willing to help and give tips with a smile on her face. The guest house is located on a hill just behind the center of Bellagio and is very cosy and charming. You can find many free parking spots in front of the house. Thank you Francesca!
