Themed rooms, nice comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, good WiFi, helpful and friendly staff

It was difficult to figure out where to check in but after making a few quick inquiries we were quickly directed to someone behind the café counter. Staff was overly friendly and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was cold. Check out was very simple. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire check in and check out process. Never once was I asked for a confirmation number or ID.

Bathroom smells bad. Noise street as there is a lot of traffic in that location.

The hotel is basic, we knew we were on a budget, and we were very pleased. The Hotel staff were very very very good. Fresh Cappuccino's and croissant's.Free Bikes to use. Close to downtown where cheap eats. $6 usd cab ride to the beach. With most of the beach hotels being pricy, I think we got a great deal... Miguel was the best...

The staff there is amazing! It isn’t a five star hotel, but that’s not what we were looking for going in, so we weren’t disappointed. It was definitely a five star staff though! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. We stayed over Christmas and they even left us a bottle of tequila as a present! If you want to stay in the pueblo instead of the hotel zone, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Good hotel for short stay! It's a little further from the "downtown" area that I personally would have liked, but still within walking distance (maybe around 15-20 minutes walking to bus station). Hotel itself was clean and simple, no complaints. Very basic room. There is a bar next door which can get pretty loud at night along with the traffic on the main road, but i just put on my earbuds and it's fine. Overall, I'd give the hotel room itself about a 7/10. Wifi was strong too; I like that when traveling. The staff, however, were VERY welcoming and very very kind people. Miguel always had a smile on his face and was always happy to help answer any questions we had. Good stay for short trip :)

Very helpful staff. The free bike use was very handy. Hotel is in great location if you cant afford the beach. It is right on the corner of a main intersection so if you have trouble sleeping, reconsider staying here. In saying that, once in the room we could hardly hear the traffic. The rooms are cute as! A little bit old but very clean and cosy! Breakfast was very handy and basic but definitely filled us up. Would stay again!

Buenísima!!! Las 3 BBB. Tu hogar lejos de casa. Nos recibieron una noche de lluvia cerca de las 01 am con algo caliente y siempre estuvieron predispuestos para todo. Miguel y Tomás los mejores siempre atentos a que estemos super bien y nos dieron muy buenos consejos tanto para ir a lugares para comer como excursiones. Volveremos!!!

La struttura è posizionata in un punto strategico , dove si trovano supermarket a due passi , ristoranti e attaccato alla struttura si possono noleggiare bici , motorini , macchine e organizzare ogni tipo di tour ! Colazione buona , servizio in camera ottimo e personale super disponibile .
