The atmosphere in this place is incredible. The staff did an incredible job to make sure you are well looked after. Nouredine and Abdel were knowledgeable and provided some good tips for the medina. The kitchen cooked some incredible food. Try the lamb tagine.

I don't usually write reviews, but i feel this is important to point out. We booked the "Suite" which advertises a "fireplace" in the pictures. Upon arriving, we did not get the Suite, but instead, we get a small room with no fireplace. They claimed that they could not do anything about it because the fireplace was a "first come first serve basis." In addition, hotels.com would not help and they sided with the hotel. I can believe that some hotels can be sketch, but I am shocked that hotels.com failed me. I was charged the same amount for a smaller room. I will be taking my money to Expedia or Kayak.

We loved our stay at Riad Assouel and highly recommend it. The location is excellent and the moment you enter you feel a sense of calm fall over you. The property is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff superb. The level of personalized service is outstanding. We took advantage of the transport from the airport, a 3-day, 2-night trip to the desert, special Christmas dinner all booked in emails with staff in advance of our trip, and their hammam services booked on site. We highly recommend all of these as being of high quality and value.

Beautiful riad, peaceful and calm environment and wonderful staff to match

We planned a trip between six of us to Marrackech for 3 nights. The staff was amazing from start to finish, with airport pickup arranged, beautiful welcoming rooms, a great lounge by the pool and more. We enjoyed heading into the old town to come back and unwind at the Riad. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to the old town looking to be within close walking proximity to the city.

The staff was quite nice and breakfast very good, however the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

Outstanding! Great location, excellent service, super nice staff

It's an original and stunning building. You feel like you've traveled back in time. The pool was super relaxing. The roof terrace was very nice. The ambience and tranquility was something you don't feel in normal hotels.

It was beautiful very peaceful and clean You have everything you need and the staff is excellent so helpful they go out of their way for you to have a relaxing time The breakfast and the food were super we can highly recommend this place because of the building and facilities, location most of all the staff their service was of such a high standard I think a lots of boutiques and luxury hotels should learn by them

Great location. Lovely and calm. Beautiful roof terrace. Pancakes for breakfast.
