Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Erie

Room was clean, bathroom toilet was in need of cleaning. Staff was nice and easy check in. Parking lot wasn’t plowed so parking was hard and parking lot was icy and deep snow you had to walk in. They are serving grab and go breakfast and milk wasn’t very cold.

That was a rough one. We booked a room here on a whim because it was close to Hamot. $49 and close by? Why not. The halls and rooms stunk of cheap weed, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (probably related to that weed smell, even though the entire floor was supposed to be non-smoking). The room was very basic, nothing gross, just meh. But that's what you get when you pay so little.

Excellent service and stay

Nice stay. Room was clean and quiet. The clerk who checked us in was not wearing a mask despite signage saying you must wear a mask to enter the hotel.Would recommend and stay here again.

Wish continental breakfast had been out before we had to leave.

This is a great hotel. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay and we were able to have our puppy with us which was awesome!

Me & my girlfriend wanted to get away from our house for a night. We booked the cobblestone hotel on the Bayfront & drove to Erie. We always book the cobblestone but this stay was different & disappointing to say the least. I go in to check in & the service desk was having trouble with the computers so it was about a 15 minute wait to get checked in. I ended up getting my keys & we took our still upstairs to our room. We get in the room & my girlfriend has to use the bathroom. The toilet was dirty like no one cleaned that room all day. Condseiring she has to squat to use the bathroom it was definitely a no go for her. I went to go wash my hands & there was hair in the sink. Once again no one clearly cleaned this room all day! I calls the front desk & tells her what we’ve encountered in our room. She apologizes & says she couldn’t come up to clean because she’s the only one there. She offers us some cleaner & a rag to clean the toilet. I go down to get it & she tells me that I can talk to the manager in the morning when she gets in. I never got to speak to the manager because we were so disgusted that we drove back home to Pittsburgh at 11 PM. This was very disappointing because I’ve stayed here multiple times & it was never like this. I don’t know if they’re short staff or what but be very cautious booking here with COVID-19 cases still around. Also the internet sucks! If you’re on an business trip or are in town visiting family don’t book here because you won’t good internet

Halls smelled of smoking which permeated into the room, room overlooked noisy road, other guests were loud in the hallway and you could hear the TV in the room next door
