Everything was excellent, cleaned place, staff friendly

Lovely apartment very close to stations, good for overnight stay. Well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. No lift so be prepared for climb if you are the top floor. WiFi not reliable.

A spacious apartment with all mod cons right near Lille Flanders station. Great view of the cathedral and plenty of eating places virtually on your doorstep. Appreciated the coffee machine as we are regular Nespresso users. We enjoyed the easy access to the old town on the one hand, and to the public transport facilities on the other as we had to make regular use of the tram to visit a hospitalised relative. Two minor points would be clear instructions by the safe on how to access it and a small metal shelf in the shower cubicle would be useful.

Having stayed here once I know what to expect. I'm neutral on the experience. Positive: Modern Good location Spacious Free Wi-Fi Negative: No communication about how to find it and get in. Had to call phone number beside door and wait ten mins before a text conversation that eventually gave us entry codes. Toilet smelled. Couldn't make sofa bed work - had to put mattress on floor.

We were very pleased with the property and had a pleasant stay. Beds and bedding were comfortable and although the property is close to the station it was relative quiet. Lovely restaurants and shopping close by. I will highly recommend the property. A few things to note: The property management send you a text of the morning that you are due to arrive, i did not get it because my phone did not work in Europe, so make sure the phone you put on the booking works in France. We were traveling with a mini bus (Caravelle) and it is almost 2m tall, the parking for tall vehiles are very limited, most parking garages are 1.85m. We ended up parking at Lille Grand Palais. It is about 20min walk from the flat. As other reviews has mentioned and it was a great help, the property is not easy to find. Look at the google reviews there are pictures of the front door it was a great help.

Totalement satisfait de notre séjour au sein de cette établissement très confortable, bien équipé et idéalement placé pour découvrir Lille.

L'appartement était très agréable, avec tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin pour un court séjour. En raison de la canicule, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le frigo et le très grand ventilateur. Le chauffe-eau était du bon type (chauffage instantané) donc l'eau chaude ne s'est pas épuisée, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Nous avons également apprécié l'effort mis dans l'aménagement intérieur du salon. L'emplacement était génial, avec une belle vue en face d'une église avec des vitraux remarquables, et non loin de deux gares.

L'emplacement idéal pour ceux qui viennent par train. Tout est prévu pour le séjour en famille. Le bon rapport qualité - prix pour 4 personnes. Merci !

아파트 위치와 여행전 정보를 미리 메일로 보내주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 아파트도 리모델링 하시것 같고요. 단지 청소 상태가 아주 별로 였습니다. 식기도 오래동안 안쓴 느낌에 구석구석 먼지가 많았고 침구 수건등은 깨끗하였지만 욕실 삼푸 비누통도 비워있는 상태였습니다. 세탁기는 있는데 세제도 없었고...특히 장롱에 전 고객이 두고간 옷가지가 그대로 있었습니다. 즉 청소를 오랫동안 안한듯하고 벽에 예쁜시계도 정지한 상태 그대로...전체적으로 관리가 잘 안된듯 했습니다. 그리고 모기가 너무 많아서 잠을 못 잤습니다. 거기 배치한 방문록에도 많은 고객들이 모기가 많았다 하시더라구요. 어떤 조치를 취해야 할듯 합니다.
