Hula Hula Resort Ao Nang

Staff are amazing, resort offers free shuttle to Ao Nang beach. Room decor a little tired.

I would stay here again. We had a pool access room which was a good choice with your own sun beds. The room was very big and we loved the large bed. Breakfast was ok but nothing changed throughout our 10 day stay. It was about a 10 minute walk to Aonang beach and the main area for restaurants, which was fine for us. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the beach and return journeys which we used a couple of times. The swimming pool was very nice and the hotel provided towels each day. The staff were polite and friendly. The rooms could do with redecoration and we did not like the pebble floor within the shower. Nice having a bath in the room though. Hot and cold water was fine and so was the air conditioning. A fridge and kettle were in the room along with a safe and hairdryer👍. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hula Hula and loved Krabi and the lovely weather.

Overall the property is fantastic, just lacking in sunbeds just a minor fault

We loved our stay here in this hotel. We had a room with pool entry on the ground floor which I loved for 5nights. The room itself was large with lots of room for Hanging clothes etc. The bathroom was a good size and so used the bath in our room too. People have mentioned cosmetically it needs paint work here and there and some furniture has had wear and tear but it doesn’t spoil the room or holiday for me. The breakfast was super...lots of choice and always plenty. I loved the waffles but eat them hot. My hubby enjoyed the omelettes everyday too. We didn’t use room service as we ate out all the time at night. We did use the 7-11 opposite for drinks for the fridge. I would spend the extra on the pool room again!

Hula Hula's staff was very friendly, but their English is limited. The pool is nice and is under the shadows, which we appreciated given how hot it is. The room was okay, but the bed wasn't comfy. It wasn't a King bed, it was two single beds pushed together. Location isn't great, but they offer a free shuttle to the beach every hour. We didn't enjoy the beach as it isn't a nice one. The most negative element was the restaurant; food is not good at all, we didn't even eat the free breakfast given how poor the quality is. Instead, we used Foodpanda app for deliveries, or went out to eat elsewhere in Ao Nang.

The receptionist staff at Hula Hula were exceptional. Breakfast food can be improved. The 711 convenient store is directly opposite. Book all our daily excursions via the hotel and are great offers too - hassle free.

The staff at Hula Hula were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking activities and transportation. The property itself was beautiful and having direct access to the pool from our room was great.

very pleased with the hotel for the money we paid. Friendly staff, lovely spacious bedroom and comfy bed, breakfast was ok enough choice for us but we don’t eat a lot in the morning. Ideally placed, not too much of a walk, which we did everyday , to the beach and shops.

Pool access rooms are the best by far. Breakfast is good apart from very small cups of coffee. Quiet and peaceful but just a few mins from town.
