I would not stay here again.

The location and inn are beautiful but the service is lackluster and the place could use a thorough cleaning. We spent two nights and wished that we were back at another inn we had stayed in nearby. There were no special touches and the innkeeper (owner?) acted like any request was an imposition. The restaurant was closed while we were there so we brought our own wine and some snacks in case we decided not to go out for dinner. When I asked to borrow a knife, the innkeeper told me we were not allowed to eat in our room. When I asked the innkeeper to open my bottle of wine which he had chilled in their refrigerator, he said sarcastically "Oh, I have to open it too?. We sell wine here." Perhaps I would have been inclined to purchase wine from him if he had informed me sooner (and more politely) but he had only told me that their restaurant was closed and that breakfast would be served from 8-9:30am. The advertised 'buffet breakfast' consisted of bread, fruit, yogurt, jams, juice and coffee. I would call it a continental breakfast. They have a pool but several of the lounge chairs were broken. There were no pool towels. The innkeeper never offered any suggestions for things to do in the area. He was generally unpleasant. We did not look forward to going back to the inn after our outings which was a disappointment.

First Visit to the Piemonte Region

We wanted to visit the Piemonte region in Italy and this was a great place to do so. It is located in a small village town surrounded by incredible views of well-manicured vineyards. The owner greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the Nebbiolo wine we had on their terrace was the highlight of the experience. We will be back to stay for at least a week.

beaut. place, but lacking Hospitality and comfort

last minute stay, booked minutes before arrival. very quaint old house/villa. loved the museum like interior. Unfortunately lights were always off so hard to see anything. Typical Italian way to save electric. extra pillows would have been nice and the rock hard bed is normal so we are getting used to it. No wifi signal in bedroom and wasn't working in common areas. When i asked why the host went to another table and made fun of me needing wifi. Little does he realize i wouldn't have found his place without internet and was looking for our next place to stay as we didnt like his place too much worthy of another night. Shower was a trickle at best and went from warm to scolding hot when ever someone else used the water i guess. the pool area is great, nice and clean, nice chairs. didn't swim but could be good on hot day. The building, property and interior decor i rate 8 the services incl host a 5. comfort in room 4

Great Place to spend a weekend and visit local cantinas for a taste of great wines of region. the pool and garden offer great place to relax when weather is pleasant! rooms are clean and tastefully decorated!

Very nice place and the owner made us feel very welcome. Good options for dinner close by. Nice cosy pool area.

Location bella, ma comportamento del titolare decisamente da rivedere: scortese e fastidioso nel fare pesare, in più di una occasione, che la prenotazione fosse stata fatta tramite Expedia (forse per lui non sarà conveniente come una prenotazione diretta, ma nessuno lo obbliga....). Scarsa la dotazione degli accessori da bagno (shampoo etc) ed anche in questo caso il titolare ha ribadito la propria scortesia, dimostrandosi infastidito alla richiesta di disporre di altro shampoo. Gli ospiti vanno trattati in altro modo.......

Mysigt ställe

Jättemysigt ställe. Dyrt med öl. Vi var tvungna att byta rum mitt i vistelsen för att ägaren missat vår bokning, och blev tyvärr inte kompenserade för det på något sätt. Men det är väldigt vackert område, mysiga rum och fin pool. Ägaren var trevlig men lite snål.

Posto bellissimo,peccato x la pulizia e i servizi

Titolare molto cortese, location decisamente bella ma 'trasandata'. Abbiamo trovato ragnatele in bagno (grandi quanto tutta una finestra velux,100x80cm!!!),pavimento non propriamente pulito.. La colazione,considerato anche il costo della camera, era un po' misera. Non credo che ci ritornerò, considerato anche che,avendo chiesto di passar la domenica mattina in piscina (dopo il check-out alla 10) ci è stato negato il permesso . Scelta legittima,la scusa è stata che siccome i siti come hotels.com sono restrittivi nei loro confronti, loro lo sono nei confronti dei clienti. Da notare che l'osteria non è aperta quindi non pensate di poter pranzare o cenare lì.
