Plaai Prime Hotel Rayong

Room are clean and nice / Carpark limited / Restaurant have only i cook can't order food need to wait more than 1 hr.

There is little to do in the area. Excellent staff and rooms are always excellent.

A real pleasure to have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, bathroom was fantastic. Close to the passione shopping centre and a few good spots within walking distance. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Exactly what you want from a hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff will definitely stay here again

Room was very clean but there was little smell of the drain in toilet area. Complimentary drinking water bottle seal (both 2 glass bottles) was not in good condition, making me feel uncomfortable to drink from these bottles. Staff was professional and service-minded.

Great location adjacent to a mall with plenty of good shopping and restaurants The room was clean so was the bathroom Located in the Main Street it is noisy at times One whoukd expect that staying for 7 nights front office would have provided us with a quiet room on the pool side they did not Front office is the problem of this property Unprofessional at times rude and impolite And seems to totally wanted to ignore the concerns of guests Housekeeping was overwhelmed with cleaning and was not able to clean our room before 4 pm which was a serious bother Breakfast is adequate not fantastic though good coffee is available Staff are m the restaurant very helpful and polite Security guard in the covered garage was extremely nice and helpful. This could have been a perfect stay if only front office staff would have been pleasant helpful and polite ! A first for us as we only encountered fantastic Thai accommodation and kindness all over the beautiful Kingdom of Thailand .

The room and the facilities are perfect. The pool is clean and attractive with deep blue tile that makes the water look blue like the ocean. The breakfast is everything that I wanted.

Great but no food service after 10 pm and far from the main shoping eara

As always the staff is wonderful. Ms Ya and Mr Bang are the reasons that we continue to return. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, hotel is minutes from a modern shopping mall and close to local cuisine. The only downside to this trip; was that the bar was closed the entire time for conferences. You could still enjoy a drink, but in the hot open common way.
