Niconya Port Suite&Hotel

First they assigned a room but after lugging my bags up, it was the wrong room and so we went back down to get the correct room. They had not emptied the bathroom trash from the previous person. The air conditioner periodically made a screeching noise all night long. However the staff made great efforts to provide good service.

My room was spacious. Check in and out went smoothly. Breakfast is great and there is a huge range to choose from. There is cereal, eggs, bread, salads, cheeses etc and hot drinks. It’s buffet style. There are no free toiletries given and only one small toilet roll is given, there is no housekeeping service. There were laundry in the corridor which did not look good. The bed mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Staff are very accommodating. No telephone in room and WiFi is not good. I could not use the WiFi because connection was terrible. It’s a very basic hotel. There is a tv in the room with dressing table. Lighting in bathroom is very poor and there is no vanity lighting. I will not go back to this hotel because I need good WiFi and a comfortable mattress. They did not give shampoo, conditioner or body lotion but they gave cotton buds and shower caps just once. There are a lot of shops close by.

The location was very bad the hotel located in industrial area a lot of cars workshops arround the hotel . Cleaning wasn't good . Reception staff they were very nice and helpful .

They changed my room immediately after I complained

It's very near to the AirPort and people are very friendly here and the room is clean and the food is very good and I got a free breakfast
