The room we stayed in needs some touch ups, but overall it was okay. The only downside was the elevators, dear Lord we would sometimes wait 30 minutes to go down to the lower level, and the day of check out a whole hour.

We enjoyed the condo we were in. It was very clean, furniture was good, very appropriately equipped in the kitchen. The customer service at the front desk, however, needs improvement. No smiles, no “welcome”, no “let us know hoe we may assist you”, no direction to which elevator to take… very poor first impression! I read poor reviews from previous guests on elevators, but we had no issues with that. In fact, the weekend we checked in, the elevators were staffed with personnel on 8-hour shifts to ensure elevators were available to guests. This was a plus!!

Condo was clean but does need to be updated. couch chairs old looking bathroom curtain rod was barley hanging when we arrived. Drains in bath tubs when we showered we stood in about 10 inches of water very slow to drain. Wall outlets by kitchen counter most did not work. I called and told them about the curtain rod as well as the drains and someone was sent the next day and took care of both. was very happy with response and repairs. last thing we noticed was paint peeling around bedroom door frame and bottom of bathroom door. I believe there are seven elevators in building and i have never waited so to get one. At times we waited 20 min. gave up on waiting and used the stairs quite often

Beautiful property and amenities. Really really slow elevators. Like slow enough to make you reconsider a high floor unit In the future. Other than the elevator problem, it is a fantastic place.

This place is excellent! At 30 stories, the worst part is having to wait a few minutes for an elevator, but other than that it is terrific!!!

Elevators are slow.wait times for the elevators were sometimes 30 minutes or longer. The condo we stayed in the owners had the thermostat programmed for 75 and the temperature would not get any colder. We would turn it down but it was programmed to not go any lower. This made the bedrooms extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I booked through Expedia after taking so much time figuring out the condo I wanted just to have my room switched because Expedia had the room I wanted as available when it was not. For the price I was not happy. Tidewater is too busy, waiting 45 minutes for a elevator. Too much of a hassle. We over heard so many complaints while we were there. Thankfully we were only on the 6th floor so leaving to go venture wasn’t too bad because we took the stairs. But this place has 30 floors. So keep that in mind if you book here. Beach access is scarce as a company has TONS of wooden chairs (charging 50 dollars a day) blocking off most of the beach leaving a very small section for canopy’s or personal chairs making it extremely crowded. The indoor pool was unbearable due to the strong chlorine smell. Outdoor pools were a decent size though. Being so close to pier park traffic is backed up constantly. So if you plan to go anywhere leave a hour or two earlier if you need the elevator, are parked anywhere else other then level 2 and then traffic. I’d only recommend tidewater to maybe a couple who isn’t planning on leaving their room for their stay.

The elivators were a nightmare. The room was specious but in dire need of updating. The unit smelled pretty bad and the carpets and couches were pretty filthy. You had to walk pretty far to get to the parking lot that was a lot of work with two small kids. The beach was overpacked and it was hard to find space to sit on the beach. The view was amazing and that's one thing I enjoyed. I will not be coming back.
