Excellent location, clean, friendly customer services, excellent facility for workout. Internet connection was very weak.

It was a very terrible stay, there is not enough privacy so that security checks my fiancee for every time she comes to visit me at the hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are Extremely nice &professional. Rooms are clean & comfortable. About 5 min walks to TGV train station.

The floor of theroom and the bathroom is so dirty no hot water. It looks like the staff was not prepared the room despite our late arrival. One of the light was broken. Didn’t recommend it

The room had adequate heating and hot showers but not quite a four star experience. Beware that the front desk staff will not call you a taxi for the airport unless you use their "hotel taxi" which is 500 dirhams (about $53) versus the regular airport taxis which are 300 dirhams ($32). After asking for a taxi, they recommended the hotel taxi, which we declined and just asked them to call a regular taxi. After half an hour we asked about the taxi and they said they could call a hotel taxi which would take about 15 minutes to arrive. Since we were running late for the airport we just flagged down a taxi on the street in one minute and paid the regular price. It isn't the price but the principle. I don't like to be scammed just because I'm a tourist. Overall, the experience in Morocco was great. The attitude of the hotel staff at the Mogador Marina needs to be changed, I hope the management addresses this.

The staff at the réception Were lovely and Very helpful

Staffs are very friendly, very nice room. It is right next to another Mogador property which a lot of people get confused.

Very nice and helpful staff sometimes it takes longer and you have to be patient Be prepared that your credit card will be charged with about $200.00 until you are leaving the hotel
