Orchard Grand Court

Large room and a fantastic location, directly above a supermarket and chemist, Somerset MRT and Orchard a short pleasant walk away. Room newly refurbished which includes a kitchen, with oven and hotplate, full size fridge and a washing machine, no dryer only a large drying rack. King size bed, very comfortable. On 2nd floor the rooms outside sliding glass door opens onto the pool area. Being serviced apartments did not lack reception or concierge, only drawback was no housekeeping on Sat and Sunday ie make own bed and hang towels out to dry, for these two days only. Standard checkuout time is noon but they will try to extend that if you ask and depending on next guest arrival and housekeeping. I found the WiFi to be quite usable with moderate signal but occasional dropout.

Fantastic rooms, renovated to a good standard, Gyms basic but OK, rest of the hotel is clean and tidy, little old fashioned but who cares when the rooms are so good

We had a most enjoyable stay. Location is perfect for Orchard Road and the center of Singapore, easy to get to the many tourist attractions. Breakfast was included in the price, the Crystal Cafe provided a good buffet each morning, with a slight variation each day, catering for both Western and South East Asian tastes. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, clean and very comfortable. All staff in the hotel were very helpful during our stay. We have no complaints and would recommend as a good place to stay.

We spent two weeks here while we explored Singapore. This hotel was great in many ways: clean, comfortable, functional, roomier than expected, solid internet access, and great service. The location is near Orchard Road, which is a major shopping district. Tons of shops and stores, many restaurants nearby, and even a grocery store around the corner from the hotel. The Somerset subway station is about three blocks away.

The Orchard Grand Court is in a great location. In walking distance to Orchard Road and all the shops you could ask for. Somerset MRT, a 5min walk away too and straight into Orchard gate way, an array of food and more shops. Great outdoor space on the 10th floor to chill and order a drink. Back to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and modern with up to date facilities. In keeping with Singapore's futuristic feel. Our room overlooked the swimming pool which was nice. Gym was well equipped, with a TV and of course fully air conditioned. Room service, every day apart from weekend and public holidays. Fair Price supermarket is directly underneath the hotel. The place is great. Best deals and variety of foods at a excellent price. Close to local restaurants and small Hawker centre all good eateries. All in all I loved my stay at the Orchard Grand Court. Hope to be back soon.
