Apartments Levontine 14

The service was excellent. We rented 2 rooms. The rooms are very well equipped. In one room the sofa was very uncomfortable for sitting. The street is crowded but we were able to find parking. Would love to stay again in the apartment.

I didn't like anything, the smell, and they gave us a basement?, so bad, not happy at all....being in the basement and with that horrible smell?, believe nobody would be happy

This is a clean property with huge space to accommodate four of us. Unfortunately, there are not enough cutlery and utensils for simple cooking eg tongs, large spoon and teaspoons, bread knives. Mosquitoes are common although we tried to keep them out by closing the verandah sliding doors. Verandah space cannot be utilised as there are mosquitoes outdoors. Wifi is terribly unstable and weak. Last of all, it is located in a unsafe neighbourhood of the Hadar district. Filthy and foul smelling roads, derelict houses, etc

The place itself was super cute. However, parking can be a nightmare (though that is true of most of Israel). We had to lug three big suitcases and a stroller up to the third floor, and that was really exhausting. Also, you can smell the cigarettes all the way up to the non-smoking floor.

The area is central but not very nice. The apartment was great but unfortunately the walls are so thin so that you hear everything.

The Levontine is a VERY clean, spacious and nice living space. To put perspective to my visit, I have traveled to Israel several times and stayed in all levels of accommodations ranging from Hilton to "non-mentionables". There have been some bad places, but the few times I have found the "diamond", I think it's the best there is. Well, Levontine 14 gives me reason to re-evaluate my previous stays; everything was EXCELLENT, but also "affordable", when using Hilton as a measure. I love "apartment" style living; The room is fully furnished with fridge, microwave and other conveniences and the staff leave you alone for 3 days at a time. The only problem is parking, but having visited this area previously (the other hotel is a "non-mentionable"), I knew where to find on-street parking for a few $ per night. In short, 5 star accommodation in Haifa at a 3 star price.

This "hotel" is actually like a dormitories

Was spacious, clean and in a good location for tourist attractions. Management was brilliant in helping us with all of our requests.
