What you would expect from a $50 room. Not the cleanest. Smelled like smoke and body odor.

Hard to get into parking lot. On a one way access road and had to drive several miles and turn around to get to hotel. Hard beds, slow check in, no shower curtain, soap, etc. basic room, good for one night. Very clean though, which was awesome! Ok for just sleeping there, not spending time at hotel trip. No breakfast, understand with covid, but for price, other hotels, attempt to do somekind of breakfast. Only saw staff at check in. Never after that or next day when checking out. Window closed. Would say better for business than family. Several guest not wearing mask in lobby, staff did not enforce despite signs everywhere. Was just ok. Not sure if will use again. Last resort kinda place. Tv remote broken too. Its the little things that make a difference for guest when paying good money for a hotel room that determine if will return or not. For a really basic room, with lots of little flaws, will probably stay somewhere else for same price and better service.

1. There was an accident and i left to take kids too school. Tgere was an accident and i was not able to get to my room till 9am. For 4.5 hrs they where needing to clean up. There needs to be another Road to get there the accident blocked the one way to thd only entrance. I lost time and was not give extra time due to accident. It was for mu late birthday with my husband. 2. There where now shampoo, conditioner, sopa bars, mouthwash or coffee makes with coffee and sugar ect. 3. Not asked if i meeded it to get it from front desk. You go to cheap hotels you get all that. This was our first time in a very nice room.

So dirty. The staff smokes right in outside the front and back door so every time we left With our kids we had to walk through smoke. The walls were dirty you have to ware socks at all times if you didn’t your feet would be black.

Rooms weren't clean

The room looks renovated and the it does not have a carpet and therefore it is quite clean. Still it had some stains in the restroom and hair balls on the floor. The location is quite convenient. No amenities in the room (shampoo, conditioner, etc), no breakfast, no cleaning and no clean towels.And no ice machine! Almost nobody wearing a mask, including staff. Staff is correct but quite inefficient and not available at the front desk most of the time.

Clean place but bad service, inefficient staff and no breakfast, amenities, clean towels or ice machine. Most of the time you need to call staff through a phone to get them to the front desk. There are no effective blinds to stop light in the morning.

Room was not clean! Hallways and elevator were filthy. People were NOT wearing masks by who, I assume, were extended stay customers. I had to ask several times of people not wearing masks to please not get in elevator with people actually wearing them. Very disappointed. I've stayed here before, but do not think I will be staying here again.

Nice place

I arrived to the hotel and there was no one to check me in and I had to go find another hotel room to stay in. Thankfully as of right now they are refunding my money.
