Delos Reyes Palm Springs

I loved this place. The mattress and bed cover were possibly the best I had in a hotel. Friendly service, clean, great location.

Steve was super amazing and recommended some good things!! Rooms were clean, just some minor issues with the shower door not opening all the way due to the toilet being too close to the shower.. Aside from that I would definitely come back.

Room was very dated and plumbing was very poor. Shower leaked all over floors and had to use the 2 towels given to mop the floor. The price was too much for the type of room.

Great place to stay when on a budget.

there was no bath to use i had to pee in the fin bushes, the rude desk clerk would not let me check in and there was no bathrooms around so i peed in the bushes like an animal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This motel is pretty terrible. I don't normally care much for comfort but I booked this hotel to sleep for a few hours before an early start on a film shoot next morning. I arrived at 9pm and there was nobody at the reception. After calling a couple of times someone came and let checked me in. I went into my room to see the furniture in disarray, all the electronic and lights unplugged but It was not much of a problem to me. I went to take a shower and found that there was a big gaping hole in the ceiling with water dripping through it (i guess from the bathroom above) I immediately called the manager but he didn't answer. Finally on the fifth attempt he answered irritated and when when I told him there was a leak in the bathroom he said "Oh, well I'm sorry the cleaners must have not noticed" and that was it. He didn't offer to exchange the room for me or provide any solution and instead just hang up. I've never experienced anything like it. I wasn't able to take a shower and the guests upstairs kept me up all night with their drinking and shouting. To be honest I think I would have been happier if I slept in my car. Even though it cost $65 I wouldn't stay there again even if you paid me.

The property has seen better days. The curtains are threadbare on the edges. The lamp "shades" were wire frames without fabric, so basically a bare bulb. The couch had a printed fabric cloth over the back & seat cushions, which I chose not to lift and see what it was covering. The balcony table & chairs were so dirty I had to clean them before using, as well as cleaning the spilled liquid mess on top of the outside housing of the air conditioner.

The Manager, Steve, was great, very considerate, helpful and friendly. The furniture was a little shabby and needed some updates, but overall very comfortable and very quiet. The weather and views were gorgeous and worth the drive!
