Great location with easy access to subways, and buses. Lots of eating and shopping choices within walking distance. Try to talk the front desk into rooms on the lower floors. I was on the 19th (very top floor) and it took forever to get up and down the elevator. Also, although my room was non-smoking, I smelled cigarette smoke which seemed to be coming from the exhaust vent in the bathroom--I assume drifting up from lower floors. I was there in April and my room temperature was in the 83-87-degree farenheit range. The a/c never got the temperature below 77-degree Farenheit. I also didn't know that the air conditioning control was on the TV remote until I asked the front desk. I would have had a great view from the 19th floor but the windows are only about 6" wide and spaced several feet apart making it hard to enjoy the top floor view. Bring your own 110v plug adapters--the hotel has them available, but charges you a 10,000 Won cash deposit--they won't accept credit cards for the plug deposit.

The room is quite small but you can walk to subway easily.

Need a microwave and more pillows at list a pair for those customers, who’s have nose surgery thanks.

Stayed here a few times coz location is great so close to roads full of restaurants good atmosphere and open late. Room not clean most of the times - floor dirty & bathtubs not often cleaned by housekeeping. The one female receptionist (forgot name) is always rude but the guys are helpful.

Rooms dusty and floor not so clean; room clean service poor. Good: location 10/10 lots of 24hr restaurants nearby close to airport bus stop (3min). Bathtub big water hot and strong pressure. Pillows flat and old mattress too hard.

Hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. The hotel is aged and provided torn towels and some stains on the Wall. It could been nicer hotel years ago but it shows its age. The room is much smallee than picture and front desk is not helpful telling me what amenities are available, such as bottled water is provided in fridge but I did not know. There are restarant s and sauna but I did not know. The location is amazing. I think it is frequently used by ladies who visit Korea for plastuc surgeries. Discounted rate on hotel.com is reasonable.

We were on the business floor and i am not sure if that meant you got the bare minumum in amentities. It would have been helpful if the staff told us the remote for the tv could control the lights and ac. It took us about 2 nights of our 4 nights stay to realize that we can turn on and off the lights and ac with the remote. So we were suffering in the heat for a bit. The staff didn't know english well and that's not a reflection on them so there was a slight language barrier when asking questions.

Good location and nice front desk staff. No shower curtain in the bathtub. The toliet became totally wet after bath.

The hotel staff was not helpful, the room smelled like cigarettes and the towels and bed sheets where not clean. Overall not satisfied
