Staybridge Suites Atlanta - Midtown

My stay was great my room was clean I was very satisfied with everything including front service

Place was pretty nice. Bed not very comfotable. Pillows were nice. City view is beautiful, but very loud. There is a series of highway roads next to the hotel with heavy traffic & overpass system. Drivers love to rev their engines under over passes, so expect to hear that and sirens all night. Staff @ front desk was nice. Valet or self parking only for $40 daily. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30, so we weren't able to eat there b/c we were out of the hotel by 6:30. Breakfast should start @ 6 in my opinion. Overall, it was decent

I enjoyed the location being centrally located for my vaca

The property itself was in a great central area with amazing views and easy access to and from the room. The service was marvelous a bunch of beautiful people working there. But there was a terrible problem with the bed in the suite that I had pulled back the covers to find a very disgusting Stan on both sheets when I brought it to the property attention the offer was to move me to a downsized room not a suite or resolved with new bedding and 1 free night stay which is what I went with a free night. My only advice would be for the supervisor to really check employee cleanliness because it was really unnerving to have to encounter

I was greeted by the valet attendant with a warm greeting explained my didn't parking options then guided to front desk where the attendant was also very welcoming, made reservations online so check in was seamless, hotel and room very clean enjoyed my stay.

11/07/2020-Stay was between First of all I was confused why I had to go through Crowne Plaza for info if I was staying at the Staybridge. The location of the hotel was very convenient to go to the clubs, restaurants, or just to walk the city. We stayed here because we loved the view of the rooftop only to find out at check-in that it is not available. :( We had a beautiful balcony that was bolted shut, but again you won’t find that out until you get there. The most unfortunate part was my friend was bitten by a bed bug as she was sleeping. I’m pretty sure the hotel was/is aware of this situation because when I called them and demanded a refund they didn’t argue with me at all. My refund was given right on the spot so I can commend them for good “customer service”. I am still awaiting a phone call from the manager of the establishment, but it’s been a week already and no contact. This would be a great hotel if you inform your guests about the amenities that are unavailable on your sight while booking and take care of the bed bug issue

The only thing good was the mattress. The tub would not drain. There were few towels and things in the room. Room was outdated with popcorn ceilings. Breakfast was a choice of a granola bar, cereal, breakfast sandwich n a juice N coffee. There was no communication with where you get breakfast. You have to contact Crown Plaza to get anything for Staybridge.I will never stay there again.

Nice hotel but a lot going on the inside and parking is very expensive.

I was very disappointed when I found out we had to pay fir parking after my check in. This was not mentioned on the booking. They didn’t have towels and blankets available. I wasn’t unable to reach the front desk and had to make unessary trips downstairs to reach the front t desk. Then later I was told about the number change and finally get towels. I also got locked out of my room due our card malfunction/ deactivated

Hobbies community service... Management was hobbies as well
