Ascott Orchard Singapore

Ascott Orchard just feels perfect in every ways. There's plenty of shopping, dining options and entertainment within reach. Although it's nestled right in the center of busy Orchard Road, you could still feel the peach and tranquility as it's located away from the main road. The apartment is beautifully designed with contemporary-cool and modern-luxe decor. Besides having a well-quipped kitchen, our unit also comes with a dishwasher and a laundry machine which makes essential cleaning really user-friendly. Absolutely love the bathroom with deep-soaking tub. Will definitely return again soon.

I was disappointed as I did not know the kitchenette mentioned in the executive studio doesn't not include a stove as it only applicable to one/two bedroom units. Furthermore, there's malfunctioning of the air cond over the night, but no one came to fix it nor follow-up with a call about the status. So forced to stuck in the room with no air ventilation. It was a real bad night! However, over the kitchenette issue, the customer service offered a rice cooker as a solution since they said that's their structure of the room and ignored the description I mentioned on the room description under hotels.com.

Good hotel and location is perfect!

Great place to stay if you are travelling in a group or with family. Just don’t expect a 5 star service like when you are staying in a hotel.
