Rude and aggressive staff. By far the worse experience

The suite was comfortable and had everything we need it The staff was very friendly. The pool site was excellent and my kids enjoyed it very much. Overall we it was a pleasant stay at this condo apartment. We would definitely stay there again

We get late at the property and the guys in door doesn’t know anything about how we can get in , the ask for the code I never get the code u til almost 1230 am , after that everything is ok

the accommodations were better than expected

the check-in process was very simple and the landlord was quick with answers to questions or solving minor problems. I spent three nights here with my two children and we had a great time. the only drawback was the beach is across a major street and there is no close touristy places to walk to and enjoy. we had a rental car and drove to many places. there is a really nice mall near by Aventura mall. Overall I would book this trip again and recommend it to friends.

Amenities were appropriate and clean. There is no room service included. Valet parking is separate from the hotel.

I wasnt pleased with the property i expected more what a dusappointment

Excellent location. On the negative side, no towels were provided for the pool, and the receptionists need more training to answer questions in general. There is nobody to ask if u have any problem during your stay.

夜９時にチェックインしたのに、前の人のレイトチェックアウトで部屋の掃除終わっておらず困った。水道の栓も止められていめトイレが流れず 初日はシャワーも浴びれずトイレも出来ず、途方に暮れた。 やっと水道の栓を空けてもらい、シャワー浴びようと蛇口をひねったら、蛇口が壊れていて、思い切り押し回さないとお湯が出ない。水圧も無い。シーツがシワクチャだったベッドがある。ソファベッドとエキストラベッドのシーツが汚かった フロントはに聞いても対応できない事が多く、不動産屋を通してオーナーと連絡する形

El condominio está ubicado muy cerca a la playa y al mall aventura ..... tiene piscina, gimnasio , zona de lavandería , un convenience store; café y todo tipo de servicios que hacen que la estadia sea muy placentera . Los fob de acceso a las puertas no estaban operativos y el sistema de recarga no funcionó , lo que puede ser un inconveniente si uno viaja solo porque no tiene cómo acceder a la propiedad si se utiliza el garage.. pero por lo demás es una excelente opción para los viajeros . Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y seguramente volveré en el futuro.
