Princeps Boutique Hotel

Lovely little hotel in a perfect spot. Only a short walk to the central train station and the main tourist areas for Rome. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was comfy. Also the breakfast was very good.

What an amazing hotel. Brilliant location can walk to near enough every main attraction in Rome. Lovely room, we had the room with city view looking over Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore, just beautiful. Staff were superb, lovely and friendly would help anyway they could. Breakfast very tasty and considering what Is currently happening around the world they have done a brilliant job. Would seriously recommend this to anyone considering a city break in Rome this is everything you want and at a brilliant price.

Princeps was wonderful!!! Very accommodating and nice, friendly staff. We had an early flight the next morning so they made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast buffet opened! Great place to stay.

Lovely modern hotel soundproof rooms, great breakfast comfy bed. Got drinks provided most of the day.

The hotel is lovely, modern, clean with helpful and friendly staff. Monti isa great location with some cool bars and restaurants if you like a late night glass of wine. It’s a bit of a walk to the main attractions but definitely doable, and very close to Termini if you want to get the metro to further a field, which is great when your legs are a bit tired. Our room was fabulous but a bit noisy with street traffic, but that might be impossible to avoid in Rome anywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staffs were all really friendly and kind. The room and eating area were very clean. Nice breakfast (lots of choice). Almoat all tourist spots were walking distance. If you arrive at the hotel late it might be bit heard to find the entrance of the hotel. However, there is a big church in front of the hotel so when you get lost, there is a good landmark to look for.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. It has everything you need as a traveler who wants to have good rest. The best part of this hotel is staff. I forgot my charger for my mobile battery. Even the hotel didn't have one, one of the staffs let me use his own charger! Also, everytime I had questions, the staffs took time to answer questions sincerely and give me great support. Their breakfast is lovely too. So many choices!

This is our second time at this small boutique hotel near the Coliseum in Rome. The hop-on hop-off bus stops just across the square. The rooms are small but clean. Staff are helpful. Includes continental breakfast and all-day coffee. The view out our window both times was just an enclosed unattractive courtyard.
