It was a mazing all the stuff in the hotel are SO friendly and beautiful they're the best stuff i have seen in my holidays

An excellent and well run, good value Hotel and late restaurant. Very comfortable rooms,elaborately and lavish decoration throughout. polite helpfull staff. A free VIP shuttle to the airport 8am till 7pm, picking up around 15 minutes past until 19:15 or a 10 minute taxi between 25-30tl. Free buffet breakfast with a good selection. Close by are simple restaurants and late small shops.

I booked two rooms and the AC wasn't working in one of them. On calling the reception, they sent a mechanic who took almost an hour but he couldn't fix it. Eventually we had to change to another room (different than the kind of room we originally chose and paid for) and leave for outside. The AC still wasn't working when we got back. Called the reception again (different manager this time, I assume) and they turned it on from their control room and it started working! Didn't seem like the morning staff was aware of this troubleshooting. This bit was a baddd experience since we wasted almost 3-4 hours on this. There's some terrible smell all around in the night time. However, coming to the good part, thumbs up for the morning concierge (Ismail)... really nice person... very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was the best part of our stay! Ms. Noor Jehan was a great host. Would recommend if it weren't for the AC malfunction and the bad smell.

Convenient and near to the airport. Very clean rooms. Rooms is capacious. Good facilities. Helpful staff.

The receptionist needs to smile and greet guests in a friendly way. The breakfast and bellboy staff were nice and friendly though. Room was nice but a bit noisy with the call to prayer early in the morning and water pipes.

The house keepers NEED to chandler the beddings and towels!!! Stop being lazy! I found a piece of hair prior to even laying down. The pillow cases smelled so bad I couldn’t even sleep. The towel smelled also that it left me a smell after drying down. Never again do not recommend unless you don’t mind the lazy house keepers. They need to check in the house keepers!!! Please or people will not stay and will not recommend the hotel to others.

Good personnel very friendly except the hotel need some management on keeping it clean specially rooms .

The staff were completely friendly and helpful. The two Mustafa’s were genuinely kind and went above their duties to accommodate my requests. Thank you to all of you and I wish you all the very best. Best hotel I have ever stayed in!!
